I have the best experiences at this nail shop. The staff are polite, and really care about helping you have what you ask for. The prices are affordable and they treat everyone with the same care. My go-to salon! Phong does my nails and they turn out perfect every time. The staff are also very accommodating - offering complimentary beverages. Love this place!

I had a great first experience at Twin Nails, the male technician (owner) was very kind and did an excellent job on my nails. Unfortunately, my second visit for a fill was disappointing. The technician rushed through the service, she was not friendly, and even cut me during the process. On top of that, I was charged $50 for a basic French fill on short nails with no design or extras. I went home and added chrome on my nails, because I was scared of how much more I might had to pay. Sadly, I won’t be returning and will go back to doing my own nails.

Ben coming to twin nails for over a year and I can With Confidence say that this is the best nail salon in Orlando. Phong is patient and incredibly talented. I come in with some pretty involved and intricate designs and he’s never not exceeded my expectations. My nails often last over 3.5 weeks without breaking chipping, or lifting!I could not recommend the salon more! Very professional very kind very talented.

Phong is always a pleasure to work with! I was recommended to him by a friend of mine and he just works his magic every time. Diamond is also a great addition to the team as well. She is so sweet and provides exceptional service with a smile.

The owners are RUDE! No customer service. I brought a friend over to convince her to try them out, since my first visit was good, and the guy didn’t speak to us the entire time. I tried to go again thinking it was just a bad day. I called ahead to say I needed a repair, said I was on the way. Got there and they refused service because others got there first and it would be time to close before they could fix my nail (cracked below the nail bed)! 0/5 in customer care.

The lady I asked to do my nails mistreated me. As soon as she saw me, I felt the hatred. She started with the price and talked to me rudely. The guy who does my nails has always been nice to me and my daughter in the past, but unfortunately, I met an angry, racist lady.

Lovely experience here. I went to get a French set for my feet as a walk in and the staff was super kind and efficient. I had gotten a pedicure the week before at another salon, but my nail technician still took the time to ensure my nails were perfect before starting. Will definitely be back as they have a good list of services and great prices.

Absolutely love this place. For the longest I could not find anybody who could do my nails good due to the fact that I am a nail bitter. When I tell you they did not disappoint😍. The length was perfect the shape was perfect and it was not to chunky and not to thin just right in the middle. I will be making this my new nail salon!!
