I had a wonderful experience at MK International Drive outlet, great selection of bags and shoes. I have to give a shout out to the young girl who I believe her name was Lan. She was friendly, knowledgeable about product materials, and styling tips, also went above and beyond to find my shoe size, help me find what I needed. Her customer service was excellent from start to finish (at checkout)!
Highly recommend this location, will be back when I visit FL

I had a very unpleasant experience with a cashier named Cinthia at the Michael Kors store located at the International Drive Premium Outlets. From the beginning, she was impatient and unprofessional. She spoke to me in Spanish, and since I do not speak Spanish — only Portuguese and English — I kindly asked her to switch languages. She immediately reacted poorly and made an annoyed face.
Throughout the entire interaction, Cinthia was rude, visibly bothered, rolling her eyes, and treating us in a disrespectful and uncomfortable way. Her attitude made the whole experience extremely unpleasant and awkward.
I expected much more courtesy and professionalism from someone working in customer service. I left the store truly disappointed with the way we were treated.

The manager of the store was so rude Wed 20th @ about two pm or so she wasn't only rude she was like a bully very scary and mean Michael Knors you can do wait better then having a store manager who belittles insults and bullies your customers even if you do get a lot of people there who spend money no one should be treated like that especially people who spend there money

We bought 5 bags to take as gifts to family members in Brazil, 1 large and 4 small. They gave us 2 bags, which are for gifts. They need to review them. Suzana's service was excellent!

What great service. Juliana took good care of me. Traveling I didn’t have enough room for my new purchases, they offered free shipping. Love the extra attention and care given to me. The store was clean and organized. I also enjoyed the clearance section. Wow, what great deals I scored. Next time I visit Florida I will stop back. Thanks again ! Your whole team was very accommodating.

I gave it a miss 5 start review is because there seems to be no clear signage when you reached the cross junction of Coach-Brook's Brothers, Dooney& Bourke and Ann Taylor but the outlet do pack alot of customers that is clear indication it's a favourite for the tourist.
