I went to cashier and check price. I asked “please help me check the price” the cashier did not said anything but the price after scanning. And I said “ Thank you !” . Again she says nothing back to me . Very bad customer service. This is the cashier# 837809 helped me today . I don’t know her name but there is a cashier number on my receipt . Even a self check out machine at grocery store will say “Thank you “

Staff horrible... wife and daughter buying purses and shoes and the lady at the register was so nasty and rude... the sells me brought out the wrong color and wife said this one was wrong can she get the other one and the cashier was so nasty.. thought it was just use but notice she was nasty to everyone

Terrible customer service from managers. Leadership team lacks soft-skills to properly service customers. Escalated to Fred (concierge)who would reply by email although my phone number was supplied. I won’t spend money with this brand again based on my in-store experience and a refusal of leadership to acknowledge the issue.

I just bought a $200 watch, set the time and stared walking. 30 min later the clock shows the same time, like if the time just stoped after leaving the store. When I went back and explain ehat happen the response was: Go and change it. Worst client service ever. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenice" , neither "let me see what can be" . Sorry @MichelKors your staff customer attention skills are clearly not at the same level of your products. Services attention is part of the quality of a brand.

Love MK outlets in Daytona, FL but in NJ not so much. Staff makes you feel rushed and hardly offers new in back wrapped items if you purchase. Very down your throat rush feeling

Went there today to shop for the first time and was sadly disappointed. Only reason they got one star is because of Maria. Went to check out and since someone placed a wrong tag it didn't ring up for the price i was told.A cashier that wasn't even helping started being so rude like I was lying and rolling her eyes. At the end i got it for the price i was told.I spent a decent amount in there to be treat like that. She really should find another job. Bad customer service.
