I recently had a great experience shopping at this online store, especially during their sales events. The promotions they offer truly stand out, as they feature some incredible deals that significantly reduce the prices of various items, making them far more affordable. However, I did notice that outside of these promotional periods, the prices can be quite steep, which is something to keep in mind if you're planning to shop there. For anyone looking to get the best value for their money, it's definitely a good idea to stay on the lookout for those discounts and sales. In fact, I ended up completing a significant portion of my Christmas shopping through this store, finding excellent gifts at prices that felt very reasonable for the quality I received.

Very friendly staff and like any michael Kors store very clean and organized. This one wasn't too busy when I visited, but the employee was not following me around to purchase. Couldn't find what I wanted but will return for a future purchase.

I always have fun shopping at MK. I’ve had wonderful experiences at Millenia and Florida Mall. At Millenia, Brittany, Fendi, and the store manager are my favorite!! They are so much fun!!!

Amazing night team! Two young girls I think one of them is breanna, really helped us find what we were looking for and we're so helpful and actual sweet hearts. Kuddos to the company for having such amazing representation!

Horrible and unprofessional attitude of the manager of this place. I came to return a pair of shoes in perfect condition. I just didn’t have the top of the box and the manager of this store refused to do the exchange.I called the michael kors outlet and they were happy to make the exchange.

Really wanted to buy a purse from them. Me and my fiancé went into the store to find a purse for my birthday. As we walked around one of the associates started following us. I thought at first that it couldn't be that and that I was overthinking. So I decided to walk all around the store and she made sure to keep her eyes on us. She also took steps with us. Everywhere we went she went as well. We felt so UNCOMFORTABLE and humiliated. I truly wanted the purse and my fiancé also found a bag that he liked but my soul would not let my fiancé spend money there. It just was not right. So we just decided to leave. Avoid this store.
