Visited this store and did not realize sale items were final. They have a small sign posted by the register that I clearly did not see. During checkout the cashier did not mention that the sale was final. When I asked to speak to the manger she explained that it was final and I recommended that the cashier should tell people the sale is final during checkout and she brushed it off. I also asked for the corporate number which she would not give me and as I was walkout she said they are just going to tell you the same thing which was not necessary for her to say. I have been in this store several times and the customer service is horrible no body knows anything or cares. I did call corporate and they did not tell me the same thing as the manager suggested they would.

Love this place because they have absolutely EVERYTHING you need for literally any craft ever. The employees are super young though and not very helpful. I asked multiple employees for help with some stuff I couldn't find and they responded with I don't know and shrugged shoulders, and then just walked away. The place is still awesome, and if you're starting a diy project stop in here for sure!

The staff at this store are lovely. Especially Matt. He has helped me out twice now and today I had a particularly difficult request with returns and exchanges and all kinds of stuff and he was very kind and smiley and helped me figure it out! It's not often you go to a store anymore and are treated so nicely! U didn't know where else to write about how good Matt was today so I hope he gets some recognition from this!

Just waited in line for 30 minutes (in which only 10 people are allowed in at a time including team members, so not really 10 ppl) to make an exchange that was an purchased online and picked up curbside. Only to learn that returns/exchanges are not being honored at this time due to COVID-19, due to the fact it might be "contaminated" since I brought it home, says the store manager at Lee Vista Store in Orlando, FL. And, who's to say that your staff is not contaminating the items, since they're not wearing gloves and barely a mask. After being denied my exchange and leaving the store I see "No Return" written on the ground in chalk, which was faded by the way (who's looking at the ground). My suggestion is there should be a disclaimer on your website before submitting an order, to notify customers of your temporary policy change and also turn off your in-store PA announcement encouraging your customers to purchase online and they can easily return in-store.
