I worked with Rich at Michael’s Auto and he helped me get into a fabulous 2023 Tesla Model Y Performance with only 5,500 miles! He took the time to review pros and cons of many vehicles and didn’t rush the process. I said goodbye to my 2013 Model S on trade and am excited for my new journey. Rich Gray helped me with the purchase of my Tesla Model S. The purchase was completed remotely and he sent many pictures and videos to show the condition of the car. So I started shopping for an EV since Uber provides incentives to switch from gas- powered. I saw that Michael's Auto was selling the 2025 Honda Prologue, which was not only the most cost effective vehicle, but also only had 250 miles for a used vehicle I've seen through Uber's True Car portal. I reached out to the dealership and spoke with Rich Gray. We met the following day. I test drove the vehicle, purchased it for $500 less than I expected to pay and Rich provided me with the information to their partnered transportation firm to have it delivered to my address back in GA. I was also surprised and relieved to see the Better Business Bureau stickers on their door and walls. Rich also offered me coffee similar to the way I usually prepare it. They also show actual appreciation for Army Vets, such as myself.

What an amazing experience! I've bought 20 plus cars in my life but this was the easiest, quickest most affordable one yet. I drove over an hour to meet with Sidney to look at the selection of used Tesla's. They had over 20 in immaculate condition with low miles. I've bought from Tesla directly and honestly their used cars are damaged junk. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fair price and great customer service.

Drove two hours to look at a truck, but did not make a deal. Left and continued thinking about the vehicle and working the numbers. We came to a deal and the salesman drove the vehicle to us two hours away. Very happy with our decision and the deal we came to in the end.
