I LOVE my hair. I was super nervous about doing this transformation because I've never done one. I'm 31 and never done anything more then trims to my hair. The staff was amazing and Mildred herself sat me down and asked what I wanted done. I showed her the picture of what I was thinking of and she explained everything to me which was so helpful and calmed my nerves. She explained everything from prices to treatments need to maintain my hair. Rarely do you find a place that open and honest about those things. Fast forward to the final result I was not shocked...I was shook! I felt so excited and happy with the results! THE CUT, COLOR , AND STYLE OMG! At the very end Mildred gave me a hug. I'm honestly so grateful for the service! I can not stop touching may hair and doing double takes in the mirror

Terrible service, more than fatal, apart from being expensive, they asked for a bone balayage-style dye, as many already know, it's just the ends or the middle ground, it depends on the client's taste, and in this case my sister had her hair completely blonde, not what she thought. She wanted it and not only that, instead of blonde, she got yellow for $560, so it's not recommended at all, apart from my sister having natural hair and that makes the job even easier... I'm extremely angry that they are grateful that my sister He's a good person and I'll pay them if it's me, I'm leaving because it's obvious they don't know how to do hair.
