People have to be careful with that dealer, the owners are Cuban and all the cars they sell, most of them have problems, the mileage goes down, the dealer belongs to a father and son, they are the most scoundrels in the Orlando area, be careful when you buy there and they also cheat. airbag and check engine etc. just be careful when buying

Around 1 month ago, my son Richard and my wife JoAnna were corresponding with a local used car dealer in Orlando, Liz Auto Sales LLC. at 810 E Wallace St. (we are from Huntsville, AL) They sent several messages back and forth through text and Facebook messenger about a white 2010 Audi S5. This car has been my kids dream car for several years now and he worked his butt off to save the money and finally find one within his price range. He asked several times about the condition of the car, we saw the Carfax that said it had been in several accidents but it was never totaled and had a clean title attached to it. He asked specific questions about the check engine light, the condition of the cars engine, etc.My wife and son bought tickets and flew done, examined the car which at first glance and test drives looked fine. The interior was a little rough looking but that was to be expected in a 10 year old car. They bought it and drove it back home. 2 weeks ago we took it to the Audi dealership, and when we were called back my wife recorded a 10 minute video of the service manager detailing everything that had been hacked together on this car so that the dealer could sell it. There were things being held together by zip ties, a safety bar that protects the driver from a front end collision had been removed from the car so after market light kits could be jammed into the front, the Check Engine sensor had been purposefully rewired to circumvent any lights coming on in the dash, the ABS system which is programmed specifically for each Audi had been ripped out and replaced with an ABS from a different car, the windshield wiper fluid reserve was completely missing…I could go on. They sold my 19 year old son and my wife an unsafe car and allowed them to drive it off their lot and 700 miles back home. The wheels aren’t even mounted in the proper direction, which could cause erratic behavior in wet weather. My son was sold this car for 11,000.00 dollars even though the bill of sale only shows 6K. He convinced him to split the cost between cash and check because of some reason with their bank. (which should have been a red flag right then.) The estimate that we got back from the Audi dealership to repair this car to the level of what was promised in the deal is almost 13,000.00.I tried to contact them and after playing phone tag I was told they weren’t responsible for the car and basically to pound sand.At this point I’m getting a lawyer involved and have been in contact with 2 of the local news stations that are interested in investigating them.I would rather not do all this if they would just make the deal right by paying for the repairs to get the car into the driving condition it needs to be in.

Terrible experience. Sold us a car with multiple major issues that will cost more to repair than the car is worth. Missing major pieces and put together with zip ties and wood screws. This place must be a chop shop. Save your money and go to a reputable dealer!

Sold me a car for 11k when it has 12k worth in repairs. Said the car was fine but it wasn’t. Pointing out just a few things and wanting to just take 200 off the price they insisted on it being okay. We take it to the local dealership for a checkup and it was a $12,500 quote to fix things they tried to cover up and we didn’t notice. I would 100% steer away. We’ve contacted a lawyer about getting our money back. This is childish on their part. They basically told us to “f off” and it wasn’t their problem.

Brought a car with them Dec 2019. Ford Focus 2012 car had problems that they didn’t tell me. Lower controls arms needed to be replaced with tire alignment. and brake needed to be flush. THEY ALSO DONT ANSWER PHONE WHEN YOU CALL FOR COMPLAINTS. Worst experience in buying a vehicle ever. Please be careful when buying cats from used dealers like here.

Terrible dealership, do not buy from unless you want a lemon car, it’s not worth it, they will tell you to go to autozone if your car starts having problems, literally the day after. Worst experience I could have had with a dealer.
