It has alot of cute merchandise and BT21 items. Despite being mostly korean merchandise, alot of it seems to be themed after American TV shows or movies, such as the We Bearbears or Disney. They had alot of gummy snacks. Nothing particularly stood out to me as special to the store, but many items were priced normally. Anything named brand like Pokémon or Disney was overpriced. My friend did find some cute merchandise for her favorite TV show, so it was a good experience.

Honest opinion here!
This place is so cute, and brings me so many memories of my time in asia. Only problem is that the items are a bit pricey, but I guess you can't really find anything cuter in america so it's worth a risk of your money (unless if you go back to asia often to stock up, its way cheaper there). Staff were pretty nice and friendly, great store!

They charge for their shopping bags and dont inform their customers. This is wrong and sneaky. I will never shop here again.

My favorite store ever. Always have new things to bring me surprise. It is such a joy and pressure relief to shop in the store. The store is so well organized and the staff are so friendly.

I took my young daughter to the Florida Mall today in the afternoon and she was super excited to visit this store. Upon entering, the woman employee by the front register informed me that my daughter couldn’t bring in the drink she had in her hand. I told her I understood and asked if I could leave it by the register while we shopped and she flat out said no. I respect their policy to not allow food or drinks inside the store but what bothered me tremendously was how rude this young woman was to me and particularly to my young daughter who was so excited to shop. This young woman had major attitude! Is this how you treat paying customers that visit your store? I’m writing this review in hopes that the owner or manager sees it and gives better training to their employees on how to treat their customers. She could have conveyed their policy to me in a respectful way without the need for being rude. Today they lost me as a customer.

But these aren't Wholesale pricing, it's retail ?? I wasted a trip visiting this store. I would be better off shopping online overseas to get better pricing on most of these items.

Staff were very friendly but didn't seem to know what they were doing. The store was pretty cluttered and had a surprisingly weak selection compared to other Minisos I've visited.

Professional and bilingual staff, excellent attention from Doranelly.
The store is very tidy and well stocked...if you want to relax and enjoy a pleasant shopping environment come to this branch.
