They email and ask you to arrive 20 minutes early and then they see you 40 minutes past your appointment. The area in the store looks dirty. It's ok if totally necessary, but I would try to avoid this place. The NP Thuy Lai was lovely! The girl she was training did not seem friendly and seemed very overwhelmed.

Shockingly I had great experience I was worried I wasn't going to get my needs met but everything worked out got the prescription I actually needed not what I thought I needed so shout out to Roberta my hero.

MinuteClinic billing is a nightmare. Absolutely no idea what they are doing, my insurance company had to hold their hand multiple times to get my bill sorted out.
