Went this morning and ran on time and NPs were quite professional and nice. Not all insurances will cover minuteclinic visits, so that seems source of negative reviews. I would go again if needed (although hoping to feel better soon).

Stopped by today because I knew I had strep, set an appointment last night, came 10mins early and it was a smooth process, both ladies that seen me were very nice and patient, I think the practitioner name was Kelley. I don’t have insurance so my price for the visit was almost 200$ but I knew it was strep and needed medication.

Says they accept walk-ins and are open until 7:30, but they actually stop at 7.

Only good for general stuff like common cold, cough, pain relief etc for which you can be your own doctor.

I just paid the bill because I could not handle any more complaining calls (total of 3) and hear that it would be under analysis and then be asked to make the payment again. But I am very mad and frustrated to pay for something that I didnt ask for. I went to the Sand Lake Road location with a scheduled lactose intolerance test. The lady who welcomed me said they couldn't do it at the location, asked me a few question and referred me to quest diagnostics. Guess what? The referral was wrong and the lab could perform the exam. I should never have entered the clinic and allow to asked me the questions if I would have known they would charge my insurance $139 for that I would have to pay $48 out of pocket. Lesson Learned and I would never go back to this clinic again.

The worst medical attention I have received, I asked them to take my blood pressure to see if I had high blood pressure and they sent me to the hospital and my insurance covers their clinic minute service, the doctor kicked me out and threw the door in my face no He cared that I had high blood pressure, lack of professional ethics, a doctor when he graduates is to save lives, not just to collect a monthly check, I do not recommend that you go to the cvs clinic minute that is at 7599 W Sand Lake Rd, Orlando , FL 32819

My visit to CVS Minute clinic was the BEST! I had just gotten off of a cruise and I was feeling terrible. I booked an appointment on the way from the port to Orlando. I was able to get an afternoon appointment. The provider, Phoung Tran was on time and had great bedside manner. She made sure that all necessary tests were ran and was able to diagnose my symptoms. I was prescribed medication that was effective which led to my recovery. The next day I had a follow up call from another provider Monica who called to check on me to see how I was feeling. She made sure that I was taking the prescribed medications. The follow up call made me feel like they cared. This was a great experience at a not so good time for me.

Horrible service in the Minute clinic!!! Arrived in town and my granddaughter came down with a fever and sore throat. I called ahead to make sure they took walk in patients and was told they did but scheduled patients were a priority over walk ins which is totally understandable. I scheduled a late afternoon appt but it was 9:00 in the morning so I took my granddaughter on in hoping to maybe get in between scheduled patients. The Dr (not sure of name but it was a woman) came out and informed me they don’t take walk ins and when I told her I had called ahead to inquire about it I was told they did take walk ins. She said, “well your appt isn’t until this afternoon” so I explained that I felt she needed to be seen before then if possible and she informed me that it wouldn’t be possible. What really upset me was that the place was empty!! I would like to add that the 2 employees at the front of the store were very helpful in trying to help me find somewhere else to go especially when they saw how upset I was with the situation. I normally don’t write bad reviews because everyone has a bad day but in this situation I had read the bad reviews before going and still went there because it was closer to where we were staying. Apparently this Dr has a lot of bad days so beware!

Had the best experience with Alicia. She was friendly and extremely engaging. I've been to several MinuteClinics and my interaction with her has been by far the best. She made sure that I was taken care. Would highly recommend

I walked in and scheduled an appointment at the kiosk for the minute clinic. 20 minutes later when my appt time came up I nurse practitioner named Alicia (last name unknown) asked me and my son to enter. While checking us in she asked me several questions about the insurance and was using acronyms I was unfamiliar with. She asked me if I was ok and I told her I was struggling to understand the questions. She asked me if I wanted to pay out of pocket and told me it was $139. I said I preferred not to but if I had to I would. She asked me another question about the insurance and I said nothing she said sounded familiar. She asked if rescheduling would jog my memory. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with because I didn’t understand what she was asking. She said no one was above her and that was uncomfortable seeing me. I asked my boyfriend who works in the medical field, to come in from the waiting area to assist. She asked me to wait outside and I told her there was no relation between the two so I preferred to be in the room. She said I was being disrespectful and refused to see us.My advise is if you’re not well versed in the terms for the insurance, or if you have a child that isn’t perfectly behaved avoid being seen here. The greeter was unable to help and the nurse practitioner was extremely condescending despite my doing my absolute best to understand what she was asking. I suspect she was having a bad day because she complained her full her schedule was but I felt it was unfair for her to take that out on us.

I've had quite the experience going through all of my medical requirements preparing for EMT school - Alicia and Gigi have been absolutely incredible helping me get through every step of this process! Amazing communicators, promt and timely, incredibly friendly, not to mention extremely knowledgeable- this is the place you and your family will receive top notch medical service as well as genuine care.

Made an appointment for rapid covid test....got a whole bunch of wrong information on where to park and how I would be contacted once I got to the location. Tester Chauncey refused to give me my test due to me being late to my appointment because of information I was given by Minute Clinic.

Totally inappropriate and unacceptable service.A doctor should want to help people not be a rude unprofessional human. Fortunately my care was not ‘urgent care’ like the service they offer but necessary care all the same. Choose another profession doctor lady. Management should be looking to fix this!

I set an appointment for 3:40pm at 1:20pm and asked one of the employees if I should go home or if I could be called earlier in the meantime. She said my appointment would be at 3:40 so I drove home about 20 minutes away. When I am about to pull into my house I get the text to go back and check in so I drive 20 minutes BACK to the CVS after calling and confirming that my code would not expire and they said I would be fine. So I go to enter my confirmation code in the kiosk and it's EXPIRED.I ask the manager at the front desk how she could assist me and literally told me to wait another 50 minutes before I could be seen. Non-apologetic and probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced trying to get a diagnosis on anything.I would avoid this Minute Clinic if possible. Very unprofessional and lacking communication.

They were super nice. Said since I'm self pay without insurance, they would try to keep my cost down as much as possible. Original consultation is $89. Doctor looked at my ears 3 times. Right ear 1 time, left ear 2 times. Bam! $50 charge. Shot right up to $139 for the visit. My regular doctor is $100 a visit.Legit crooks. I felt robbed and lied to.
