This may seem unusual, but I am giving them a 5 star review without having used their printing service! I had a rush job our regular printer wasn't sure if they could complete. Kendall (hopefully spelled correctly) was so wonderful to give me a quote and take time to help me, even though I wasn't sure if I could give him the job. ....Customer service is outstanding! They are on my radar screen going forward.

I called with a rush order and was praying I wouldn’t get laughed at as it was the Friday before Labor Day, Kendall was not only super helpful but also very knowledgeable and quick! As soon as we hung up I sent the files and no lie, within 5 minutes I received my invoice, and it was way less than I thought it would be! Janelle was so sweet, she called to make sure my order was correct before they sent it to print, and let me know my order would be ready by 4pm. Truly amazing experience!

Absolutely amazing! We called them on Friday (before Labor Day) wanting some menus printed ASAP Kendall was so knowledgeable, friendly, and said they could make it happen even though they were slammed before a busy holiday weekend! I sent him over the files and no lie got a quote back in less than 5 minutes! I paid the invoice and they said I’d have my order before they closed the same day. Janelle was so kind, she called me later to confirm my order again, just to make sure it was right. They absolutely did not need to make this order happen, and they went above and beyond! If you’re looking for amazing prints, outstanding customer service, the best prices in town, and to support local look no further!

I can’t recommend this print shop enough! I had a last-minute project with tight deadlines, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only were they incredibly fast and efficient, but their communication and friendliness truly stood out. They were patient and understanding when my graphics took longer than expected, yet they still managed to deliver everything ahead of schedule!

Janell and Kendall were such a huge help to me yesterday. I opted to do my mother's program for her Celebration of Life program and I did it in a program I wasn't very familiar with; Canva.
When I got there I was explaining to Janell what I wanted and she pointed out that my project was too small for what I was asking for. I know at many places, I would have had to leave and correct the error myself and return. Instead, Janell gave me pointers on how to correct it before I left; so my project could be completed. Kendall pointed out a layout imperfection that had been bugging me that I wasn't sure how to correct and with their help, the program came out better than before.
While I was there, a lady even brought in flowers because she was so thankful for how her project came out. This and watching them interact with other customers, showed me that each experience is tailored to their customers need. It's not a cookie cutter process. They assist you through even the most minute details. Their passion for their customers happiness, their craft and best overall outcome is evident! Right down to how they "thump" the paper to make sure it is thr desired weight.
It was a fluke for me to even be at their location because I had gotten the information for another location and did not realize they were franchises. So it worked out well overall! I'm very happy I was connected with this location!
