There is always something wrong or malfunctioning here. Many of the vacuums don't work. Service quality and amenities continue to dwindle each time it changes ownership. Their best employees always seem to leave, while the ones who stay appear to hate their job. No pre-scrubbing, no more self-serve stations, and half the time they're too lazy to even spray the front of cars upon entry. 50/50 chance on whether the tire shine works on both sides. Blowers will dry the car off but then mist it with water as you're pulling out, which is very counterproductive. I'll run through twice, and yet my truck is still dirty afterward. One time, they had a landscaping crew there, blowing grass particles and debris everywhere, while people were trying to clean their cars. I am so ready to cancel all my memberships and go elsewhere. The convenient location is the only thing that they have going for them.

My car came out so clean! I got the titanium membership from Arianna. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and helped me in my confusion. Great customer service from everyone but she help me most. Thank you!

Great overall experience. Employees were very informative and my car came out nicely. I especially favored the use of the vacuums because I’ve been meaning to clean out the inside for a while. Shoutout to Arianna who was really nice and super helpful while I was there. 👍🏼

I am from up north and this is the first car wash service I’ve tried. I’ve tried it several times and they do not clean my vehicle properly. I was not aware of the fact that they were no longer doing free vacuums. I just recently went there, and a gentleman informed me of this. However, the gentleman did not tell me that I needed to back out to leave the car wash. Instead he got on his radio and relayed a message, that was not accurate. When I rolled my window to correct him, he did not understand that the issue was the poor washing of the machine, is the reason for me not wanting the service. He had me sit there and then I finally asked him if I could back out, and then he looked at me like I was dumb, like I should have done it all along. I do not appreciate being treated that way. I would’ve paid for the car wash no problem if I knew my vehicle was going to be cleaned properly. Any suggestions for better service. Please let me know.

Changes name every 3 months but still the same I guess… Although they took out the lights from when it was with the dog 🐕 still great
