This is the worst CVS. They never have my prescription ready and one has been ordered in 4 months ago and every time i go to check if it's ready they say "come back tomorrow it'll be ready" and it never is.

I scheduled a PCR Covid test for July 25th at 10:30 am and they sent me the confirmation code and address. I get there and they told me that they didn't have my appointment, I gave them my confirmation code and everything and showed them the texts and they tried saying i was at the wrong location but I definitely wasn't. I checked the address again just to be sure in case I was wrong and went to the wrong location but I was absolutely at the correct location. I went back and forth with them then they said they "didn't have any openings" and "had to cancel my appointment." We're in the middle of a pandemic still and they were in no position to want to help me. I was not in the wrong I had all my documents and confirmation texts to prove it, but they didn't give a f**** Do NOT go to this place it's absolutely horrid and they will f*** you over. 0 out 5 of that was possible. These people are horrible and not friendly at all.

Manager kept talking (in Spanish) to two guys who'd completed their purchase. When I said I was there for passport photo he said to wait in photo - while he continued to talk. He even had someone else ring me out because he was still talking to the two guys - even as I left the store. Terrible customer service exhibited by the manager! I miss the previous managers who always greeted customers as they walked into store. This manager needs replaced!

The pharmacy is unprofessional and very rude. The girl with the white coat on was very short and unprofessional! If you don't like your job, leave because there's other ppl that need a job.! Respectfully.

I downloaded Yelp just to write this review! This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff are very rude when asking about medications and literally have said "I don't know what to tell you". When I call it takes 15 minutes after they immediately put you on hold without even answering the phone to get back to you with their very unprofessional attitudes. If they even get to you at all. Several times I've tried to call and they leave you on hold and then pick up and hang up. Good luck. This one is a mess!

this is seriously the worst cvs i've been to. they never have prescriptions ready, are straight up rude when you tell them you're late on taking your medication, and consistently give you the wrong amount of medication. they keep you on hold for 20 minutes just to say they don't know what to tell you. this cvs needs to reevaluate their employees and get some training in customer service.

Our daughter was in desperate need of cold medicine; and, we had run out of the Daytime and the Nightime medicine we had purchased at CVS in NYC a few months back. My wife dashed in, picked up what we needed (at a great price - buy 1 get one half off!) We also got our CVS reward of a couple of dollars for free "stuff." Unfortunately, CVS is no longer on our insurance plan, so I tossed out the cards... can't cash-in without the physical card, which is a shame. Oh, well. Great stop; and, our daughter was better the next day, well rested, fever- and symptom-free!

This CVS shopping experience was very memorable because the CVS rep who helped us find what we were looking for and rang up our items was extremely congenial, supremely helpful, and genuinely customer focused! What a pleasure to shop in this Oviedo CVS store! I will come here for my quick grab and go shopping needs for future UCF visits because of this terrific experience!
