No one working cashier. One guy who is working is on his phone and too busy listening to his ear buds to help. When I finally get his attention, he is annoyed at me for raising my voice. Maybe try not using ear buds at work and doing your job?

Came in for a Covid-19 drive thru test, no questions asked just gave them my id turns out I wasn't in the system for a prescription ( I wasn't there for a prescription pick up) I proceeded to let her now I was here for a COVID test. Then she goes off for like 5min and some other lady shows up by the way super rude and uniformed. She then proceeds to ask why I was here I explain and walks away for a good 8min then comes back asking for Information once again and walks away again. When she is finally back with the supplies she rudely explains how to do the test (mind you it's my first time) and leaves again. So I'm left unattended. Find a better pharmacy. First and last time here.

I will never go here again. About 3/4 times I go here there is some problem. There is often a long wait for no reason. I have had them refuse me because the doctor wrote my name messy, or they don't like my doctor for some reason and need to call for authorization. They have been out of my medication and unable to get more. This goes back to before covid. The last straw is that filled the wrong prescription dose. When I realized the problem and asked to change it to the proper one they charged me again. I said you should not charge me because it wasn't my fault. You filled the wrong dose. They said, "it's your job to check." actually, no, it's your job to get it right as the medical professional. They had a ton of excuses. The paperwork doesn't say not to charge you. This is what was in the box. I don't care what the paperwork says or what was in the box. Wal Mart and Publix never have these problems.

I have given this cvs plenty of opportunities wIth wait time to pick up prescriptions - no idea why I keep coming back here. I'd give negative star rating, but not an option. Waited 20 min in drive thru for one prescription. One car in front of me (2-3 min wait) then sat for close to 15 minutes without being acknowledged.

Got a couple of prescriptions filled for the wife this afternoon. There was an issue with the health insurance. Although they were extremely busy, they went the extra mile to make sure they got everything right. As they should. While I was waiting for everything to get straightened out, they helped several other customers. Recognizing and calling them by name, before starting to help them. Even asking about family members, by name. It's rare that you see "small town" service anymore. Warmed my heart. You can go to almost any pharmacy to get a prescription filled. I'll go out of my way to get mine filled here! Good people.

Once again would prefer to give negative stars but sadly not an option. Go to pick up scripts dropped earlier in day and once again the pharmacist cannot fill a script properly. A script for facial lotion to treat rosacea is being filled and Lo and behold I receive a tub of vaginal lotion. Seriously!!!! I point out that it says vaginal and she says there are two kinds. She reviews the script and says I can switch out this for the topical lotion. Really maybe YOU should have noticed this before I had to point it out to you. Hello Walgreens's I'm back! I am willing to pay more money for my scripts at Walgreens than wait to die at the hands of CVS. This time my blood pressure medication was correctly filled. Bravo!!
