7300 Curry Ford Rd store is horrible. They never have meds when promised. The people are nice but over worked. Never have enough people checking out. The lines are routinely 25-40 minutes long just to pick up prescriptions. Been going here for years. Just getting worse and worse.

This is the slowest pharmacy ever! They're averaging 10minutes per vehicle in the drive through line. I'm five cars back and been here for over 20 minutes! Try any other cvs before filling a prescription at this location. Slower than a snail slower than a sloth. Only get one star because you have to to leave a review

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! So rude and kept accusing me of lying because he was too lazy to see if I had a membership. I waited 2 HOURS for my medicine. They tried refusing to give them to me. They manager guy yelled at me and was so rude. They were also being rude to everyone else. Please never go here. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. That man needs to be fired immediately. I believe he is the pharmacy manager. He is a joke and should be ashamed of the way he treats people.

I hate leaving bad reviews BUT If I could leave 0 stars for this pharmacy, I would. Unprofessional and the orders never seem to be ready even when they send a notification. People need their medications and this place clearly doesn't care. Do better.

Unprofessional, Rude, Arrogant, only pharmacy that can't fill simple prescriptions, fire the entire pharmacy staff and replace them with respectful responsible workers, health board might need to get involved multiple times my prescriptions have been incomplete missing pills etc... Hour long waits in store and on phone, staff goes on break while there's a line to m pharmacy bc the manager wants them on break, 24/7 on the sign outside get It together cvs the reviews are pointing at it so something.

Terrible experience constantly. Runs out of meds and supplies on a regular basis. Says they filled something when they haven't. Worse yet, plan on being there waiting in line for an hour minimum regardless if you're inside or in the drive thru. Severely understaffed on the regular and the employees there are not motivated to move quickly. Don't even think about calling them unless you want to wait over an hour to then be hung up on. Didn't use to be this bad, but absolutely terrible now.

I stopped coming to CVS pharmacy years ago due to the poor customer service. My 5 year old has strep throat so the doctor sent in a prescription to this location (24 hours) for me to pick up. I called because the doctors office showed me proof of sending the prescription in case CVS stated they didn't receive. (Already knew to call and confirm because they like to always act like they don't receive the prescriptions). A lady answered the phone rude right away. I asked if she could confirm the prescription was received and a estimate of when it would be ready since i was coming from 50 minutes away. She responded word from work "i don't know". I told her that answer isn't going to work. She said they would text me when it was ready. I said i wasn't waiting for a text at 12am when I'm 50 minutes away i need a estimate so i know when to leave. She finally asked the pharmacist who told her 30 minutes. I responded thank you and we hung up. My husband started to head that way since we are 50 minutes away. I never received any text. He arrived and the same rude lady asked for my sons birthday and told my husband there was no prescription ready and he would need to move to the other line and said "NEXT". I called the location back and the automated service stated the prescription was ready. I then was directed over to a man who answered who looked in the system and seen the prescription ready and finally assisted my husband. That lady is a walking liability to CVS. I'll be calling management in reference to her asap. Not worth the stress going to this location and If you do make sure you call ahead and confirm everything prior to going if you have no choice but to to here.

This CVS is the worst I've ever gone to.Over an hour waiting in line at the pharmacy. Meds had been ready for pick up for over a day so it's not like they had to fill it.

Every time I go there, the lines are so long and they move so slow. They have two accounts in there for me--one is wrong and they said that they would remove it. Well they never did! What a surprise! Tonight my son went to pick up two prescriptions for me because I'm very ill and unable to drive with 102 fever. He waited in line in their store for one hour. They gave him old prescriptions that I told them I didn't need two weeks ago and made him pay them $86. My insurance covers most of my medications. They didn't put it through my insurance. My son left the store and came to my house and when I looked in the bag they were the wrong medications. He went back after waiting in line an hour for the wrong medications and went to the front of the line and said "you gave me the wrong medications. I'm here for the correct medications that she wanted and the specific names of the medications I asked for" they said they couldn't do anything for him they would not refund the $86 for the wrong prescriptions they gave him and they told him to go to the back of the line AGAIN to wait for the right prescriptions. That would mean he would be in that store for another hour. I just told him to go home. I spent hours tonight on hold trying to call them to speak with someone. No one answers the phone there. So I had to pay my son the $86. He's a respectful young man and they treated him like horse manure & I'm out $86 for their incompetence with prescriptions that I didn't need and I canceled with them two weeks ago. The other thing they do is they automatically refill anything that costs a lot of money even if you don't want to renew it. That was one of the prescriptions they gave him that I did not order. And they kept them in the bin for two weeks and gave them to my son instead of taking my name off them and giving him the right medication. I had "pre-paid"for the two medications already and they said I didn't. Don't ever pre-pay anything on their app because those morons at 7300 Curry Ford Rd. will say that you didn't pay for it. I even had the PayPal proof I sent him a screenshot to show them. They didn't care --they don't care about anyone they're horrible business people and they're a horrible business. They're all incompetent and on a power trip to bully people only there to get medication they need. As soon as I'm feeling better I'm transferring everything out of that pharmacy. They have no respect for anybody's time and nobody wants to do their job --if they did they wouldn't be giving you the wrong prescriptions in a bag. Horrible experience. Never go there! I hate to even give them one star they don't even deserve that. No one who is ill and is just trying to pick up their medications should have to go through this amount of aggravation and stress just to get the right medication. We shouldn't have to take a Xanax just to deal with 7300 Curry Ford Rd. Unprofessional, non-caring individuals.Disgraceful the way they treat people. They discriminate if you can't speak Spanish also and are spiteful and mean to people that do not speak Spanish. They are very curt and dismissive to anyone who cannot speak their language. It's like nobody there really wants to do their job anyway or wants to work so why don't they just close this location. They never answer the phone either. Because of their incompetence, I am out $86. They could care less! And to send him to the back of the line after it was their mistake and he had already waited an hour for the prescriptions was just bullying, mean, spiteful and definitely discriminatory against him. Disgusting work ethic. Horrific experience!

Literally the worst customer service in the world! I am so sick puking my brains out I need my meds and pharmacy leaves me on hold for 1.5 hours. Literally I am walking to the bathroom throwing up with my phone on hopes someone answers to tell me my meds are ready. I call the actual store and literally all the lazy employee has to do is walk to the back and ask to return my call orrrr tell them to please answer or transfer whatever! He offers me NO solution! What if it was you or your family member? Then I bet you would Move your lazy behind! And the pharmacy really? People need their meds yet you refuse to answer the phone! Close close close this location nobody here wants to work anyways!

I'd rate a -100 star if I could. But the only option was 1 star. Every single time I come here you have to wait at least 30 min. There so spiteful they see you and ignore you. ESPECIALLY JESSICA!! Gosh her attitude is always so nasty. I would come at 6am to prevent the long lines or at 11pm at night. There's no beating the wait no matter that time. Please don't come here and save yourself the time!! I hope the manger of this establishment realizes the company has a 2 star rating and start making some changes.

Store is ok but pharmacy is completely unreasonable. I had to wait 1hr in line to get my medication. They are entirely too slow and need to hire better skilled people to be more efficient. Worst Cvs pharmacy experience ever

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had @ a pharmacy in my life. We had our doctor call in a prescription clonazepam and without me even knowing had put on the bottle it was a 60 day script . Little did I know that this script is monitored by the government due to druggys using it to shoot up. I use it for an anxiety disorder. The reason I found this out is because we were in Oklahoma visiting family and I needed to get a refill only to find out this CVS put down a 60 day and this is only ever a 30 day script. What a crap show it was to get that fixed. Between my doctor making calls and the pharmacy in Tulsa it took 4 days to fix their screw up. I'll never use this location for anything & I mean anything including just to get Pedialyte. This location obviously doesn't give a crap and it shows

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have EVER visited! Whether you go inside or in the drive through, the wait and the service is ridiculous! This has been pre and lost pandemic. There is so excuse and they do not appear to care to do any better! Switching immediate!
