Today I visited this gas station, as I regularly do, to fill up using Apple Pay. The tap payment went through successfully at the pump, but when I attempted to select my fuel grade, the button wasn’t working. I went inside and explained the issue to the cashier, Raphael D.
He told me that tap payment doesn’t work at the pump and must be done inside. I found this confusing, as my tap payment had clearly gone through, the issue was with the fuel grade selection button, not the payment method.
Despite explaining that to him, he seemed dismissive and unwilling to listen or understand what I was saying. I told him I wanted regular (87) on pump 12 and paid. When I went back outside, the pump only allowed me to select premium (90), with no option for 87 , exactly the problem I had mentioned to him earlier.
I’m frustrated because my concern wasn’t acknowledged the first time, and I ended up having to purchase a more expensive grade of gas that I didn’t want. There was no sign posted indicating any issue with the grade selection buttons, and the cashier didn’t inform me that 87 wasn’t available or that the button wasn’t working.
I come to this station frequently, and this experience was disappointing. I urge you to better train your staff to listen to customer concerns and respond appropriately. Based on this encounter, I don’t plan to return.

Went in to buy some smokes for my partner and I , the cashier asked me for ID which I had forgotten, so of course she refused to sell the smokes, and I left with no issue or rebuttal. So my partner went in to get the smokes as they had their ID, we were already there and didn’t wanna waste gas going to another station….I went back in to purchase a drink after my partner got the smokes, and as I step to the other cashier to purchase my soda, the lady cashier aggressively tells me, “she hopes I got her message!” Looking in confusion I ask her what does she mean. She proceeds to aggressively tell me she knows I sent someone in to buy my cigarettes and I need to bring my ID next time instead trying to be “slick”. The whole situation was unprofessional and rude. I will never return to this location if that’s how people are treated. Even if I did send someone in to get smokes…. If she sold them to him, there was no reason to address me at all like that after the fact. I am 40 years old, not a child trying to illegally buy smokes. Your staff needs an update on what professionalism is… she is lucky I did not match her energy, I just chose to buy my soda and leave. Everyone might not be as graceful!

If you're looking for inexpensive gas and other products, this is the only place to go. They have super deals on virtually everything and this location has tons of parking and very friendly people working inside.

We just came here at 10:24pm, google maps said they were open until 11pm. IT IS CLOSED. Gate to the gas station is shut, pumps are shut down also. Disappointed.

Gas is cheap. But, so are the poor manners of the Checkers. Man loudly belittled me, for my lack of knowledge about lottery. Then made faces at me, as I pumped my gas. A friend got gas there, almost a week after. Not only did he remember me, he proceeded to mock me as I sat in my friend's car. All I could do was try my best to ignore him. Going forward, I will do my best not to come here again.
