The young man that helped me with the initial purchase and return (we got the wrong mouth piece) was super amazing and patient! I cannot remember his name but I do remember he was from New Orleans! He is a gem to the company don't let him go!

We rented for this past year a viola for our 5th grader. The staff its very nice and will go back to rent it again next year from them, unless the school provides one.
