We made a reservation when we got in the park around 11 am. The soonest available was 3 pm which was perfect for us but make sure you reserve right away. You don’t want to miss this amazing meal. We have been in town for 6 days and this was the best meal of our vacation so far, and we have ate at some nice and expensive restaurants. We felt the price was very reasonable and a lot lower than other meals we have had this week. We ordered 2 starters (humus and Spanakopita dip) both were amazing and our server even gave us more pitas as we just could not stop eating it. Our meals were the Greek Salad (so flavorful) and the Fork & Knife 3 cheese grilled cheese with tomato soup for dipping ? which was fabulous and so delicious! I wish my stomach was bigger! Our kids really enjoyed the pizza and beef medallions in the kids meal and actually ate it all which is not normal for them as they are extremely picky eaters. Our server, Kailyn, was so attentive to not only us but our kids and gave us such courteous and quick service. Highly recommended to anyone!Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy the food and the ambiance!

We came back after being treated yesterday to an amazing lemon hummus and a jaw-dropping pork chop to a pathetic experience for the premium asking price. We decided to try the lamb burger and it was burnt on the outside, the patty portion was criminally miserly and tiny, and the patty itself lacked any seasoning whatsoever. The included fries were also nothing special, and the first batch were burnt. Obviously, they had a b team going tonight as even the lemon hummus which we got again was made far smaller and wasn’t nearly as fresh or good tasting. With this kind of inconsistency, Mythos is definitely not the best eatery in the theme park business.

Honestly this review is not about the food. It’s about the EXTREME DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECIVED TODAY . I have come to this restaurant many times. I am a local and come down to the parks annually.I paid for my lunch and left my credit card behind. My card was under my parents name instead of my name . (SAME LAST NAME)I came back to pick up my card after 15min realizing I left it at the check book on the table.I had such a hard time getting my card back!!! The host told me she couldn’t give it to me unless the person on the card could come get it.The manager bryance was extremely unprofessional and told me he needed more details about the situation!! I don’t get what situation this is!? I paid $80 for a lunch with my 1 year old daughter they had no problem taking money from my card. Yet to get it back I had to call the server who fortunately was amazing. In his service , he confirmed it was my card. The hassle to get back something that’s mine was enough for me to remember not to come back here.

Very underwhelming food. They managed to make a coleslaw sandwich of Greek salad, undercooked spinach, and oversalted fish sauce. Service and interior are fine.

The experience of eating here left a bad after taste, I ordered the Beef Loin Medallions - medium, but received a dry well done end piece, we wife asked for the Catch of the Season which was sea bass - blackened which she described as bland tasting. She really enjoys all types of seafood and rarely describe something as bland. Side note the complimentary vegetables had been burned.

It was Monday and park wasn’t that busy. I was with my friend and we decided to go and have dinner at this restaurant. When we got to the entrance there were no people waiting and we saw 2 hostesses.One was a guy and other was short hair blonde lady. We asked to get a table for 2 people and this 2 hosts looked at us saying that they are completely booked and they can’t get any more reservations for tonight. We asked to be on the waiting list and this 2 said unfortunately we don’t have anything for tonight.( it was 6 pm)We left the restaurant and on the way out i saw a lady with iPad in her hands, i approached her asking how can I make reservations for 2 people? She said it will take 5-10 minutes for us to be seated.We gave her number and she texted not even 5 minutes after that our table was ready. We got in and the same blond short cut lady took us inside to our table ( the same who said they were completely booked).We got on the floor and the half of the hall was empty.15 minutes later waitress comes in . She was nice.We ordered 1 octopus and as an appetizer and 2 drinks.Octopus was very sour and dry . The worst we have ever had anywhere. We got 2 drinks which were nothing but sugary. We informed waitress that octopus was very dry and cold and she changed it for us.The other octopus was also very dry and cold. After reading all the review's about this place on ( I regret we didn’t read it before coming to this place) we decided not to order anything else at this point but to leave this place . Food was cold, dry and super small portions. Drinks were bad also.We called a manager to explain what happened, it was assistant of manager and she was new , she listened to us and just said she is sorry.That was it.The worst experience and the worst customer service!You are going on regular On Monday ( not holiday or anything) and at 6 pm where nobody waits outside and hosts are saying that the place is completely booked for tonight when the restaurant was half empty?What was the reason that people who actually work there and supposed to help, simply didn’t want us even to get on the waitlist?I don’t understandFood was the worst! Extremely overpriced and bad!The whole experience is terrible. The place is beautiful but nothing else.But the end was even better. I have the worst food poisoning, i have been sick like dog for the whole night and following day.Will never recommend this place to anyone!Terrible in everything!

We ate there twice. On the better side of food in the park and city park area. First server was great, second one was not so good at in service. Had to ask for straws and never came to fill water. But it's worth going. We liked the food.

I expected a little more as it is considered one of the best themed restaurants. Bad food, expensive and service leaves something to be desired. Any Disney restaurant gives 10 to 0 on Mythos.

Great place for a sit-down in IOA. We both had the bacon cheeseburger for lunch and it was fantastic, albeit pricey. Service and atmosphere were both great. We were quoted a 15-20 minute wait but were seated in 8.

Definitely not the best theme park restaurant. The staff and atmosphere is amazing. However I had the scallops a risotto, it was $36 dollars and came with 5 mid size scallops that were cooked well however the risotto had way too much barley and tasted like I was eating dirt. I sent that back I ordered the grilled cheese and soup, The grilled cheese was amazing however the soup was very very bland. My wife had the balsamic vinaigrette chicken sandwich which was ok. My daughter had the bacon cheese burger. This was the best entree we had. It still wasn't amazing. Three highlights was the lamb meatballs appetizer was the only food that I say that deserved 5 stars the rest was 3 at best and the scallops was uneatable. The staff did take care of the charges for the scallops. I will say they are amazing staff. Probably the only reason they have been voted the best theme park. It's definitely not the food. I recommend walking out of the park to City Walk and trying Big Fire.

Mythology is an amazing dining experience at Universal Islands of Adventure. You can reserve a table in advance for a eye catching atmosphere and delicious food.
