I bought a battery from another location a year ago.I came in to Napa at 6601 Forest City Rd., Orlando. I spoke with Jessie and he said that I needed a receipt to replace it.I couldn't find the receipt and the rep Jessie told me he can not replace it without the receipt.I have exchanged other batteries from my other cars at other Napa locations without receipt and no issues.I will be buying all my car needs at advance auto parts.Napa just lost my business.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would, I entered into Napa auto parts at 6601 Forest City Rd., Orlando on on April 12th at 6:30pm, the gentleman behind the counter, was very courteous on helping me out in the beginning. When it came to purchasing vacuum hoses, I had made a decision on two different hoses, representative had cut 5 feet of both hoses, he also stated that hoses would have to be bought after being cut without explaining pricing ahead of time. He had cut two hoses for me and got mad because I didn’t purchase the second one due to outrageous pricing, this is all about customer service, representative is mad because I did not make a purchase on second hose, I walked into this place with very high hopes, customer service has let me down, will not be returning to current location.

Why doesn't anyone pick up the phone? And when you do... nobody wants to be holding for 15 minutes.. please I want to give you my money. Hello, is anyone home?Post Edit:Here now, and I realize it is not the employee's fault but lack of manager organization. You can't have one employee with 6 customers in store and the phone ringing off the hook.. I want to thank Jonathan for his great customer service skills. I would give 5 stars but I don't think that employee treatment is fair here.

I placed an online order on NAPA's website. Although the parts showed in stock and they would be ready next day, I got a call from the store explaining that one of my items was going to take another day or two. The lady on the phone was very friendly and apologetic. When the parts did arrive I got another phone call to let me know I was able to come down and get them. When I arrived to the store I was surprised at how clean it was and how friendly the manager was. I'll definitely be back.

I have generally come to avoid most NAPA interactions.That said I went yesterday and had a pleasant experience. Nice friendly staff person. And they had my part.Miracles do happen. Keep it up

Personnel on duty were attentive and cordial. I had hoped to find this year's edition of NAPA publication "Parts Pups" but neither has heard of it, leaving me to wonder if it has been discontinued or was simply out of stock.
