The associate, Essam, who helped us in person at the Orlando airport was excellent. He was professional, friendly, kind, and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist my husband and I and was so attentive to our needs. We had a lot of luggage, three young kids, car seats, and a lot going on and he was so great. Even got my kids waters and my husband who was sweating and hot while installing car seats and packing the car. I will use National again simply because of how impressed I was with him and the other National employees.

I truly appreciated quality of service and professionalism Richard at National Car Rental airport location in Orlando handled my reservation. Richard had know Idea I ended up at National Car Rental because of my extremely horrible experience I just had hours before at. Hertz in Kissimmee. Nevertheless, Richard was very articulated and knowledgeable of the vehicles in the fleet. He offer his recommendations based on our conversation. He was attentive me and my family needs. He displayed a great measure of respect, consideration and understanding throughout the entire process. A day that started off rough with a different car rental company ended with a completely different outcome that was more pleasant and memorable! Thank you Richard and National Car Rental.. Great Job.. Keep up the good work!

Rented from Alamo at the airport and the car had roaches. Alamo road side sent me to this location by Uber to pick up a vehicle and scheduled a tow to come to me. This location would not release a new vehicle because the tow did not come even though i brought them the keys. This was crazy because they had my ID and credit card information on file. I was suppose to be a magic kingdom this morning and it's not 12:00 noon and I still have no rental car and still waiting for the tow! This company did nothing to help and I had to Uber back to the resort!

Had a great experience returning a rental here. Had some issues with the car and the manager, Pierson, went above and beyond to resolve them. This turned a slightly negative experience into a very positive one. I’d highly recommend this location.

Let me start off by saying that I love me some National Car Rental. I use them exclusively. Or shall I say used, as in past tense. How’s that slow burn feel National??? We were leaving our spring break rental outside of Orlando when we found out Spirit canceled our flight. It happened to many travelers so can’t complain. I called National and asked to extend my rental one day and drop it off at Cleveland airport. They obliged and let me know the extra day would cost $240. That was it. I asked if there were additional charges and the rep said no. I was relieved we still had a rental car and could get back home asap for only $240. I recd the invoice a few days later and I was charged an extra $800 for dropping it off at Cleveland Airport. The $800 charge was never mentioned by the rep. If it were, we would’ve come up with another plan. Another 3 days in a rental home or condo would’ve been cheaper. I didn’t get the reps name, but I did give them the number, time and duration of the call. They said no call log was recorded. Anyway, I’m done with you National. It’s not me, it’s you. If we were going to prom together, you’d be stood up. If I had two tickets to a concert, I wouldn’t ask you to go with. Fin….

This is by far the worst location for National. Customer service is non existant. The employees are slow, ignore you, act like they don't want to be there or care about you. I have never had a good experience there. The cars are beat up and not well maintained. I rent a car nearly every week and I go twice as far to a different location in order to avoid dealing with these inept employees.

Rented a compact car here and the whole experience was great. From arrival to driving the car off the lot took a total of 10 minutes. The car was spacious, clean and had a full tank. The only issue was that toward the end of the trip, one of the low tire pressure sensors went off but we just filled it for free at Wawa and went on our way. Returned to the Orlando Airport very easily. Will definitely use National again. Thanks for the great experience.

This National Car rental location is one of the best. Our representative, Dawn Blackman, is amazing. She goes out of her way to make sure we’re always taken care of. That’s the professionalism you’ll receive at this location. Clean and well kept vehicles. Keep up the great work.

Quick an fast service, made a reservation about 3 months in advance and were able to pick up the car within 15 minutes of arriving. Before the last day to return the vehicle I made some slight changes to the reservation to extend the rental a few more hours. I drove down and spoke to an agent and it was handled with ease. It was even easier to check out as well. Will definitely be renting from them again

Not sure what happened to my original post. I’m guessing due to its negative content it was somehow removed. Long story short reserved car one month in advance from Disney website. Was told National would pick us up and our Disney property hotel 9am. They rolled up at 9:25! We were planning on taking our daughter to NASA for the day. This was sole purpose of our trip, threw in a few days at Disney in. Well after waiting in line for another 30 minutes as only 2 agents working, we were told they didn’t have any cars! What! It was like the Seinfeld episode. At this point it was time to throw in the towel due to restrictions for Covid NASA was on reduced hours and tours were limited. Also because of Disney’s park reservation system we could not just change our plans. We tried reaching out to National and Disney. Disney basically said the my have absolutely nothing to do with National. Very confusing as they are on Disney property and Disney website immediately takes you to National to book cars. Interestingly in our correspondence they call National their “partner”. So you have nothing to do with National. Not sure I get that. And it’s literally impossible to get any correspondence from the manager of the car care center. Apparently this same thing happened the week prior as told to us by a national employee. I am employed by an airline my co workers and myself travel frequently, I will tell you I’ve rented cars all over the world. This is very poorly run operation. And Disney has certainly lost our business and word will be spread on the poor customer of both Disney and National.
