Owner yelled at me for accidentally calling their store twice looking for a particular supplement.
I tried calling and simply asked if they sold a particular product. Apparently I had called earlier and asked the same question, so he yelled at me for calling a second time. I didn’t remember that I had already called them. He then proceeded to yell at me at how he “knew I worked for the company” and then told me how “rude and bad it was of me to keep calling.” He then immediately hung up on me and so I called again and he didn’t answer.
So I called from a different number, he picked up again and I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the owner and proceeded to yell at me again for calling him again when he already told me they didn’t sell the supplement. All I wanted to explain to him was that was completely rude of him to yell at me when all he needed to say was no they didn’t have it. I’ve been calling around looking for something specific and didn’t realize that I had already called their store. The way he treated me, especially as the owner of the store, was completely unacceptable. He ended up hanging up on me again after yelling at me over and over again. I told him I was on my way to the store to buy products and that I am a buying customer and he didn’t care about that and told me I was lying.
Completely unprofessional. I never raised my voice or got upset until the last phone call when he was chewing me out. The first time he got mad I simply asked do you happen to have this product and then he went off yelling at me. He should be reported to the better business bureau. Very unacceptable for an owner to yell at anyone like that via the phone. So unprofessional.

I’m local to Orlando and I have been going to Nature’s Market for years. One of my favorite things about visiting this store, is the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offer. My usual purchase is powdered protein supplement to build muscle. I also like their selection for psyllium husk because the powders do not contain maltodextrin, which will spike your glucose levels, compared to the more popular brand by Metamucil.
Definitely give this local shop a visit!

Love Ed and Dave! I have been going there for years. They really care for your needs. If there is an item more expensive that u need, these guys r honest enough to tell u go with the cheaper one because it’s not needed. Compassionate, give great advice, professional and honest. I've been coming to this store for almost my entire 20 years living in Orlando. The owners Dave & Ed are two of the most knowledgeable ppl I've had the pleasure of meeting since moving here. I started working out in my teens and frequenting some of their competitors ( GNC, etc ) Prior to moving here and I can tell you that whether you're looking for information on protein powders, herbs or any number of supplements this is the place you wanna go to. The customer service is second to none, the owners and the staff are all well-versed in the information on all of the products they sell, and they will meet or beat any price of their competitors. In addition, this is a locally owned business which is even more important to support post pandemic. 5 STARS all around!
