Is a tax-free location for military and other government agencies, but sometimes I find a better deal there or better deal somewhere else.

Very decent store, with reasonable prices. Staff is super friendly and helpful, plenty of parking spaces. The tailoring shop is one of the best in the area. I will definitely recommend to visit this Exchange if you’re in the Orlando area.

Small commissary but nice sized NEX next door. Produce is hit and miss. Not always the best quality. You can get good deals on meat if you time it right.

Doesn't have everything but had everything I needed that trip. The workers there are super friendly and helpful, was definitely worth the almost hour drive for me.

There are great prices on apparel but not electronics, but it should be, and I'm not sure why the exchange doesn't have better prices on their electronics?

Decent Exchange with a small commissary. Prices are OK, but not worth a long drive for. Selection limited.

The best way to go and buy groceries or household items. The prices are fair and although it's small it's a good place to find what you need. Staff are always friendly. No taxes!

Clean and tidy! Service is better than average! The commissary, liquor store and NEX is one big building. So, from an old retiree who told me the commissary used to be across the road. That’s probably back when the Fire Fighting School was around. Anyways, the groceries selection is great, as well as the wine and spirits section. Here is a reminder, have your monthly NEX coupons ready on your smartphone (take a snapshot); wireless reception was no good for me (Verizon). Also, the barber shop is closed on Sundays.I’m 6’3”. The NEX always had issues bringing clothes my size. I was informed, depending on the location, the command determines where it would be more likely to sell the right apparel size for their clients. Meaning, “if a NEX is at an active duty installation, they would have greater inventory.”Well, I don’t feel that’s entirely true. In my 20 years in the Service; I recall OFTEN, being disappointed at buying athletic shirts or outdoor sweaters, etc, at other locations; most type of clothes wouldn’t fit me. I don’t expect that to change really. If you are 6 feet and up, don’t expect to find clothes your size… Other than that, grocery shopping, and going to the barber shop is always a pleasant experience at NEX ORL.

I drove 3 hours to buy some needed uniform items and they refused to sell them to me because i wasn’t a disabled veteran. They didn't tell me over the phone when i called to check if they had something either. Apprently if you served honorably and got out without being disabled you can only purchase things through the exchange online.
