Prices not bargain and limited selections for men’s wear.

Planned a road trip to here weeks ahead of time. Checked their Google listing multiple times, including the day of to be sure of their business hours. We drove an hour and 45 minutes to this location only to find that they were turning us away to do inventory and shut down early. I have never heard of a business shutting its doors and refusing multiple people willing to spend money just to do inventory which is commonly done after hours.
Also, for such a big prominent store to not know how to utilize and update their Google listing for such an occasion is mind blowing. Google is a HUGE help to both small and big businesses and to use it and neglect to update it is irresponsible. I own a small business and it’s as simple as a click of a button to update these special hours.
I called and spoke to management and asked if they were in charge of their Google business profile to which they said no and told me to call corporate to file my complaints.

It was a cool experience checking out a Nordstrom Rack in the Orlando area and it reminded me of some of the locations in the North East as they had plenty of items but nothing of major significance as we perused the choices. So if you are looking for something to make your trip even more enhanced then stop by the Rack.

Your typical Nordstrom rack store. They need to update the aging look of these stores. A wide selection of merchandise but shoe selection was trash. All junk. What happened to the days when off price high end shoes could be had. Same selection as Marshalls. Wanted to buy some t-shirts but of the 10 I selected, every single one had a hole that was made by the anti-theft tag. Terrible waste and loss of a sale.

Nordstrom Rack I think is a hidden gem if you are looking for quality clothes on sale. Depending on the month you can find some really good deals. I come here every 3 months to see what is new. I am always able to find something unique at a decent price. They have a lot of non clothing items as well such as home decor. If you have not been I would recommend taking a look you would be surprised at the surprises you might find.
