North Gate Oriental Food Mart is a Korean market located in Winter Park, in an older area with other bakeries and shops nearby. It sits in the center of a plaza, next to a new Korean restaurant. The store is under new ownership and management as of late 2023. It is a huge, clean grocery store with everything you could possibly want for Asian foods. They have a great selection and many types of products, including fresh kimchi, Bonchon side dishes, ramen, rice, rice cakes, candy, sauces, flours, mochis, sodas, cookies, frozen appetizers, pots and pans, and nice cuts of meats in the frozen section. They have more stuff in bulk compared to earlier and carry many new varieties. The selection is awesome, and the prices are very fair. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind, providing amazing service. While it is out of the way for some and not near other Asian towns, it is considered the best Korean market in Orlando by many.
I love it here, the workers are always nice and the prices are good. Fresh food is always fresh ❤️

Under new ownership as of Sept 2023. 5 stars for the old owners. Hoping the new owners maintain the diversity and selection of Korean products. They supposedly bought the pizza place next door with plans to create a Korean restaurant.
