NRS has assisted me with housing for me & my family for 12 years. They are professional and compassionate. They always responded quickly if we had any issues. NRS in Orlando Florida is one property management you need to stay away from ,they even lie to your face ,i lived in there property for 6 years of which last 2 were horrible ,never attend to service requests ,the people they hire don't do the job right and what ever they fic always end up breaking after few months and to make matters worse they held my deposit for something that is totally there problem .be careful with this company not worth to rent here .this is probably one of the worst companies i have rented from

I have been working with NRS for almost 12 years. I have lived in four of their units. There have been ups and downs througout this time period, but the majority of the time it is not NRS, it's usually them trying to reach an owner. NRS has been the best rental company I have dealt with in my 30+ years of renting in 4 different states. Andrea the manager is great. She will be honest and direct with you to be sure. She does this in such a professional way you feel like you are interacting with someone who cares. I am very happy with the time I've spent here and until I can finally buy something, I'm not planning on going anywhere.

I rented with NRS a year and half ago and it's been an amazing experience, their staff it's organized and friendly, Andrea in particular its amazing and good at what she does, wether there's an emergency or just a simple request she's always prompt With a solution, she always takes excellent care of tenants and owners.
