“I love this place. They have beautiful flowering plants, succulents, trees etc. All of the plants we have purchased have been great quality.
My husband and I found this place in in Aug. We bought multiple milkweed plants and a few other types of plants to attract butterflies. It has been very successful. We have seen so many different types of caterpillars and beautiful butterflies for the last few months. I actually had to go back today and buy 2 more milkweed so our last batch of caterpillars ( we've had 3 batches) could finish growing up. It's been really neat to watch.”
“We stopped by while returning home to KY from our vacation. I wish it was closer! They have a good variety of plants. We purchased several of the 2” terrarium plants and a couple of larger plants. The staff was friendly and very helpful.”

He was also very patient with all my questions and & Concerns. He got me out of there in about 10 minutes. Thought I’d be there a couple of hours looking for everything. Really went over and beyond to offer me The Best Customer service and Customer Satisfaction concerning a tankless water heater I was experiencing problems with. He provided me with seamless Satisfaction to help solve my problems and issues with this tankless water heater.
By the way the Customer service desk also was engaged to help concerning my issue by escalating this situation to manager Mr Adam to see if there was anything else that he could do to help solve My issue. He was very patience and understanding and showed much concerns to resolving My issue to my Satisfaction and I'm forever grateful for the complete resolution and solutions to resolve this problem.

“Everything is great I would really like to see more organic food and let the managers taste tested too because good organic carrots are truly nice and sweet they're not soaked in sugar water or any junk like that they just have nutrients and natural sweetness and make for incredible juicing and the same goes for so many other vegetables....”

“I love this Hone Depot location because the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I rented a trailer and some tools for the garden and everything was all set for me when I got there. I also ordered some multichannel and dirt for curbside pick up and it was so convenient! They even loaded all the bags into the van for me. This is definitely my favorite location :)”

“Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.”
“I've always found the employees and management here to be very courteous and helpful. Today was no exception.
I wasn't sure how to exchange my propane tanks at the self service kiosk, so I went in to ask for help. A gentleman noticed I was carrying my two tanks for exchange. He said I could leave them by the door. I just needed to pay for the exchange first and the cashier would give me the authorization code to exchange them at the outside self service kiosk.
The cashier pointed out the authorization code and said I could use the code twice for both exchanges. I went to the kiosk, typed in the code and a door opened to insert the empty tank. I put the tank in, closed the door and I second door opened within 30 seconds, and I took out a full tank. I followed the same process for the second tank.
As of January 2026, tank exchanges are $22.74 each, limited to two tanks. If you need propane for the cold weather coming up, this is the place to go!”
“Home Depot is not a place I frequent often so when I came in with some specific measurements for cutting wood slabs for the front of my dresser I was extremely lost. I ran into YOSHI who was kind happy and knowledgeable. He helped me identify what wood to use and navigated through my specific measurements that sounded like 26 inches and 2 tiny lines. Thank you for all your help, you helped make my project more enjoyable and it was a pleasure!”
