Great store and staff. My only issue is concerning a military discount. I was told I would get 20% after it was rung up for some reason they didn’t recognize my service. I normally wouldn’t raise the issue but waiting till we were checking out isn’t a good place to address the problem. . I spent over 20yrs of service in the army and I’ve always used Oakley for their eye protection and tactical bags. I was very let down with this issue.

Customer service was exceptional. I had seen a pair of glasses previously and when I told them what they were like, they custom made a pair for me. Very impressed.

My daughter and I visited the Oakley airport location looking for backpacks. Ashley, the sales associate, assisted us in our purchase. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchases and the help we received!

Very good variety of different types of Oakley sunglasses in there, and an employee named Bryan who I talked to was very helpful. The aesthetics, layout, and displays were very good too

Very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and a friendly atmosphere. When I was informed that I get a military discount for my purchase it made it all worth the while. I strongly recommend the Oakley store at MCO Orlando airport to my family and friends alike!

I appreciate the customer service, they are helpful and friendly. They offer to ship out merchandise that's not available in-store. They have great variety of sunglasses and clothing.
