Don't shop here. Went here to get some supplies says in stock 15+ items. Look around scant find I ask all they do is point and tell you what isles They will not show you where a product is in the store they just point and tell isle number. Bad customer service Only way you can post it put a star down. But this is a ZERO star review

As a company I feel they have really gone downhill in recent years. I haven't been in one in a while but I had a FedEx package to be shipped and it's hard to find drop-off points. They were listed near where I was so I figured I'd give it a try. I walked inside not sure where to go and not seeing any employees except a busy cashier. I thought the obvious choice was to try their shipping center. I walked over and waited as there was a line. At some point a gentleman walked up and just asked me if I was in line or if I had checked in. I was confused because I didn't feel I should need a check in just to drop off a package. I continued waiting a few more minutes and a customer who was off to the side waiting for someone and making copies asked me if I had tried at the register as he saw what I was trying to do. I didn't really think the register was where I should go but as nobody was working the counter where I was at least it was an employee. I wanted over and waited for them to finish with the couple that was picking up a few things. Once they finally got themselves together and out of the way I walked over and he asked how he could help me. I explained that I just needed to drop off a FedEx package. He told me I had to do it over by the shipping center. I explained that I had been over there and there didn't seem to be anyone working over there and other people were still waiting as well. Finally he asked me if I needed a receipt for the drop off or if I just wanted to drop it off. I showed him that everything was all set and that I just wanted to drop it off. He offered to take it and put it in their Dropbox which is apparently hidden somewhere behind the shipping counter. I wasted a good 5 minutes or more doing something that I've been able to get done in a dollar store in a minute or less. I feel like it would have taken me less time if I'd gone all the way to Federal Express themselves.I'm not sure how this company continues to survive with how they run their stores.

Let me paint you a picture: I have an order I need finished by Saturday. I submit my same day print services through the Office Depot website on Tuesday before the 2pm cutoff. The estimated time given is Thursday evening, not same day. So I call and ask why this is, because I've only chosen same day services. They tell me they're backed up on orders because they're covering for another store too. Okay. So I confirm, multiple times before pickup, that my order will be ready on Thursday at 6PM. Every time I call (3 times in total), a different associate struggles to find my order, locates it, then reassures me my order will be ready at the given time.I show up on Thursday to pickup my order and first of all, the sign out front mentions that copy services are closed at 6PM. Thankfully staff was still inside, not that it mattered because once again there is a struggle to locate my order. Then the associate tells me "Yeah we haven't even started your order and there's no way it will be done today, even if I stayed up all night. You're asking for a lot of stuff to be done." I ask him to explain why, given I submitted this same day order 3 days ago and he mentions again that they are backed up and that "we've been telling them there's stuff on the website that we can't do same day, but they won't change the website." Okay but it's 3 days later?? I'm not offered a partial print job, I'm not even offered a refund, I had to ask for it myself, and even then he tried to get me to call their customer support line instead of issuing it himself.I fail to understand why none of the associates I spoke to prior to pickup time mentioned any of these issues and to the contrary reassured me that my print job would be complete, when they surely knew this was false. Had I known this would be the outcome I would have simply cancelled my order and gone elsewhere days ago, rather than having to rush to FedEx to complete my order over the course of several hours (they were great by the way). Absolutely abysmal service, nothing but excuses, and tried to guilt trip me on top of that. I'm truly sorry for the associates who have to work for this employer, but trying to blame the customer for your mistakes is so unnecessary.

After the remodel this place has gotten really bad. I had to go there for a Federal Express drop off and went there at 8:30am there were no customers and 6 employees in the store they made me sign into a computer and was told a 5 minutes wait. No one is even here shopping. Stood there for 10 minutes then asked the employees that was just standing there and they asked did you sign in I stated yes and then they said some one will be there to help. Stood there another 5 minutes finally an employee come up but just stood there playing on the computer and never acknowledged us. I finally asked can I please just drop off this item for FedEx. He stated yes and looked down. So I asked again where can I drop this off I have been waiting here for now 20 minutes no one is in this store. He never looked up and said leave here on the table. This place is so bad. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

the worst customer service, nobody explains anything to you, if you have a question and don't know how to operate the machines, the help that the employees offer you is useless. very bad attention. it's a place where you don't want to go back

Horrible customer service starting with a phone call to the store regarding printing and trying to do it online. The person I spoke to could or world not assist and told me I had to come to the store. Went to the store and stood in line. My fault I did not see the sign that said check in at the computer. The young woman finished with her customer and came back to her spot. I walked up and apologized and said I didn't realize I had to check-in can she still take me anyway. She said no I had to check-in and called the person behind me. She would not take care of me because I did not sign in at the computer, but I was the next customer. With everything that is going on in our world today could we not have some compassion for an error? Is there such a thing as customer service? Stores have been shutdown for weeks. Restaurants not open. People out of work. And, you can't except my apology and take care of me. I admitted I was wrong. Nope, not at Office Depot!!! So, I went to the UPS store in the next plaza. Stood in line and waited about 10 minutes. The young lady at the counter smiled as she called me to the counter. I asked for copies. She smiled again and said yes, then went to make my copies. Thank you UPS for customer service!!!Shame on you Office Depot and your staff. Shame on you!!!

Went in to print, white males in store are extremely rude and don’t like to assist. Didn’t bag my things, simply threw bag at me and left. To be honest, they seem racist. I recommend going to Staples for better customer service and professionalism.

I'm working at home and had to get a new desk chair. I spent $200 at Office Depot and it's defective. They refuse to exchange it until May 3rd or later due to the virus. Why should they be permitted to be open if they can not exchange a defective product. Why are they considered a essential business? I understand virus concerns but if Publix, Walmart. Trader Joe's can wipe down every single cart then they can wipe down one chair. I tried discussing it with a manager who stated his name was Chris but had a rude and harsh tone and kept talking over me.

After stopping at the Office Max store in Kissimmee, I proceeded to go to the Office Depot in Hunters Creek. The quality of service is very different: cashier was very attentive and accommodating and store was very organized. At this location, they were able to laminate my 6 documents in less than 10min. I definitely recommend this location!!

Had everything I needed for elementary teacher life. I even saw some bulletin board borders but they were $5 so I didn't really want them. :b I was also able to cut my composition notebooks in half at their printing center. I went the day before school started Aug 11, 2019 and the lines to checkout took 10min so I imagine during slow times it'll be easy to get in and out.

I came here for the fedex service. The store was empty with 5 employees, no one say hello. I made the check in on the computer, even though I thought is a formalism bc there is nobody in line, and still the waiting time they say is 8 minutes!!! Still here waiting .... with employees walking around ignoring me for about 13 minutes, after that I was helped in promptly manner for an employee named Robert he was nice and courteous and the service at least was quick.

Slow service, employees are dry and unprofessional. Expect to wait about 30-45 minutes here on something that takes tops 5mins. Sucks its the only one near by.
