Unfriendly and unhelpful. Store filled will staff, “if you can’t find the toner, order it on-line.” No attempt to look at what I needed against what was there. I have a relatively new Brother printer, hard to believe they don’t have the right toner. Had my Staples app, being delivered tomorrow from Staples. It only helps to have brick and mortar stores if they have staff who cares.

Dirtiest bathroom. Hasn’t been cleaned since March apparently. This is horrid. They need to follow a regular cleaning schedule. This bathroom hasn’t been touched in forever

Tried to drop off a fedex package and asked if express had already picked up, she said she didn’t know and wasn’t interested in looking it up. I asked if I should go somewhere else and she said yes. Okay thanks for not helping at all! I have been to this location dozens of times and they’ve always have been able to check and give a receipt. Guess not anymore. Go to parcel plus next to publix if you wanna ship something. They’re on top of their game and are extremely helpful!

The Print Team is the best in the business. Tiffany and KJ are simply incredible. Especially Tiffany. I had a problem with a double sided print job not being perfectly centered on both sides and couldn’t figure out what to do and Tiffany solved it by adjusting the print settings with a math equation. On another job, they helped prepare a certiorari petition for the United States Supreme Court, which has the most stringent specs in the legal world. 40 certiorari booklets prepared to perfection. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
