There was no one working in the printing area, and the worst part was that I saw the store manager, Stan, verbally abusing a customer who couldn't express himself well in English. This was a complete lack of empathy and leadership. I don't have the manager's last name because not even the employees know it. The Waterford Lakes Store manager doesn't deserve a single star.

I have been a loyal customer of Office Depot on Alafaya for years, regularly designing and printing my business catalogs, banners, and certificates with them. However, after today’s experience, I will never step foot in this company.
I was appalled by the unprofessional and outright rude behavior of an employee named Daniel, who clearly lacks customer service skills and appears visibly annoyed by the presence of customers. I fully understand that new policies require 24 hours for printing, but the way he communicated this was unacceptable. Telling a paying customer that he “doesn’t have time” because he has “too much going on” is beyond unprofessional.
As a business owner, I would never tolerate this level of disrespect from an employee. That would be a fire in the spot for my company. Addressing the issue with the manager was equally disappointing—his response? “I can’t control his attitude, but I’ll talk to him.” That is not leadership. That is complacency.
If dealing with customers is too much of a burden, I strongly suggest seeking another profession. Employees like this will drive a business into the ground.
Staples are for the win. Have accommodated me with time frame as well but in a professional way with great communication skill.

I was at this location and in need of a document to be printed. I was instructed by the gentleman behind the counter that he could not print the document until 4 PM. It was 9 AM in the morning and I was the only person in the store. I pleaded my case as I just needed one page printed and Was traveling and unable to get this done otherwise. The employee stated he did not care and had blueprints that he needed to print and would be unable to help me. I went to Staples and it was handled immediately.
The rudeness of this employee has solidified the fact that I will never be back inside another office. I travel often and have historically used Office Depot for a variety of solutions. Not anymore. This was just abysmal

I had an absolutely awful experience with a white, bald man, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. All I was trying to do was laminate 2 papers and instead of simply and politely telling me they didn’t offer that at the moment, I was given possibly the rudest response I’ve ever experienced. Customer service skills SUCKED.

The old man with the beard told me buy my flash drive and bring the docs over the flash drive which i follow he steps after completing all i ask him to print my docs he said i have to put on order.
This disgusting how he act nice at the beginning and show his negative side after.
Office depot needs to careful better people in here. Ryan is the best.

Store manager, short bald man was very rude unhelpful as well as the large man walking back and forth across the front door. Condescending and lack of customer service can be found here if you need that! Not ever visiting here again

I always find a problem whenever I try to do any self service printing. I find it odd that the staff is unable to help print the documents needed unless it’s through a flash drive or you do a pick up the next day. It feels like a ghost town in there with the low amount of staff. Customer service needs some help.

Poor customer service but they do have time to give talks to each other and the waiting customers and then they complain because the customers don't come back.

Ample parking, they have many discounted products, however, some items have high prices compared to other places. I like that it's not crowded every time I've been there. They have a wide variety of office products, and I like that because it almost guarantees that I will find what I need. You can order online for convenience.

Staff was very helpful and did a rush job for me 2 hours before closing. They also found a discount to apply that helped cover the rush charge. Will use again for sure.

The Merritt island Office Depot is the best store in Florida, seriously! Derick always goes above and beyond EVERYTIME! I’ve tried other Office Depot and none of them compare to this store.
