The cashier who works at UCF was very nice! Very friendly. However, the ginger guy was rude, short with me when I asked him for help, and didn't offer me help but a short answer instead. Had to spend extra money as a result of this. Promote the cashier and demote the other guy lol..

Originally we went in looking for an office chair and there was a pricing mistake with a sale tag on the wrong chair. The manager, Craig was fantastic and we were very grateful for him helping us out. We will definitely be coming back to this store because of him!!

Employees are not knowledgeable about products. I called on two different occasions to verify a product was in the store, so I drove down to the store to purchase it and then I was told they no longer carry it. Such a waste of my time. I wish it was easier to find competent employees.
