I've been coming to this Old Navy location for years and I have NEVER had any issues. I have never felt uncomfortable. I have never felt any kind of way. Everything has always gone smoothly for me. However, today I felt uneasy. I experience discrimination from Rebecca. I encountered this troll of a woman at the fitting rooms. She was glaring at me when I walked in which was odd. I know they used to count how many pieces you're taking into the fitting room, but they haven't not done that in a while. I only had 3 items she nodded her approval. I didn't hear her ask anyone coming in after me. There's was actually zero communication between her and the folks behind me. By the time I got out of the fitting room she was no longer at the counter. People were just coming in and out as they please which further my suspension. Why ask me to disclose the amount of items I had when it's clearly not a mandatory thing. I was the only person of color represent during this encounter. I then realized she was at the checkout stand, while I stood in line. I'm amazing at reading body language due to my career. Rebecca was soo busy paying attention to what Hector was doing with me that she was neglecting the customer in front of her. She was literally counting my folded items. Old Navy need to do better. You're going to end up losing long time customers if this type of behavior continues. Rebecca need to be train on how to not target customers base on their skin color. Profiling and making paying customers feel uncomfortable is unacceptable

Walked into store few minutes after opening for the day. It appeared nothing was done to prepare store for business that day. Items were tossed all over display tables...nothing folded or in proper place. Finding help was like finding a needle in haystack!

Passed by to get my daughter a few shirts and were surprised to see the mess in the kids section. I know we are close to the first day of school and school shopping but I've seen other locations keep their sections clean and neat. The rest of the store was organized but that kids section was just bad. Customer service was great and very nice when we checked out.

Some good prices on a seasonal sale, but numerous things were accompanied by signs that are not positioned correctly with pricing. One team member said, "Yeah, that shouldn't be there", but left it. The cashier was surprisingly unhelpful at checkout. I rarely come to this location, and today I remembered why.July 2023 Update: Today's visit was very pleasant, in an organized store, and ultra-friendly service at check-out. What a nice difference from my last experience. I will easily return if this is the 'new normal'.
