So apparently if your not using your card you have to wait in line longer. 4 registers but only one takes cash. Wow. So much for being a valued customer.

I’ve always loved Old Navy clothing because of the quality. Recently I went to exchange a few items that did not fit. I had done this before and was able to use the credit towards other items, or given a store gift card to use. I explained to the cashier that I had picked out alternate items to use the credit for. The cashier processed my return and told me I would get the money back on my card. I used a Visa gift card gifted to me to pay for the items, which I no longer had. So I was out $49 and she charged me $88 for the new items. She then told me she had to do this because they “no longer did store gift cards”. She didn’t even tell me what she was doing. I left extremely disappointed and frustrated.

A little disappointed with workers here. I wanted to say the person working the register was really nice and tried to accommodate me while also dealing with a slow customer at the counter. I was confused when two other works walked up, one of them came up, typed something into the computer , saw me in line , checked her phone then walked away. The other worker looked like a manager, saw me in line and also walked away. Hello? You guys were just standing there talking the store is not busy can someone just help? Finally the one at the register helping the other lady asked me what I needed help with my return and I said I just wanted to exchange. I went to go grab a different pair or jeans and was able to check out after that but seriously ? Y'all had over two workers come and see I was waiting and then just choose to not help. Avoid this Old Navy if you can especially if it's a busy time. I can't imagine how bad the service will be then.

Purchased a two piece suit for my son, got home only to realize that the cashier didn't remove the anti theft tag. Contemplated returning to the store.. But it meant I would have incurred Uber taxi charges. Decided to look at a you tube video to figure it out. Unfortunately, the item ripped while attempting to remove the tag. Next day I went back to this store, spent 24.00 in Uber charges because of the mistake of the cashier only to be told I can only exchange the item. Like really Old Navy???. On top of that the manager on this shift (Caucasian male) was very much disrespectful with his tone and mannerism. In fact, I sort of picked up a racist air about him.
