Took forever for a person to greet us, soup was warm to cold, must have been yesterday's. No idea why people like this place, food is way over priced and service sucks not to mention the managers who apparently don't care, they just wanted to "comp" our food without knowing what the problem was. DEAR COPORATE. LMFAO...you have no clue what's going on do you!! Olive Garden is overrated stay home....it's cheaper!!Listen to your Servers Coporate!!

Took FORVER for someone to even come over to our table to even take a drink order, had to get a manager to find a server. Once server came over, she was very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious!

One of my orders which was Togo, was one of the dipping sauces when I get home I look in the bag and only has two breadsticks. Which is honestly not enough for the regular dipping sauce. On the menu it sapose to come with 4. Now I’m already home and am not driving back for two pieces of bread as a prior Togo server it’s a little upsetting because I know how easy it is to double check your food to make sure everything is correct. Little bummed.

I was welcomed to my table and they left the menu, after waiting almost 30 minutes for someone to come and take my drink order I gave up and left... the worst thing is that employees were passing by us where we were and no one even asked if it was ok. We found it negligent. I do not recommend this unit.

I didn't have a great experience at the restaurant, I waited for more than 20 minutes to be served, and finally I went to another place, the restaurant wasn't full!! I do not recommend

We usually order takeout at least 2 a week, Jurisleidy C was our take out server and always does a great job when we order by insuring we get what we ordered and to our satisfaction by checking we get the correct ordered items, we are very happy with the service and the tasty food from this Olive Garden, our ID # 760 82341 0776 purchased 04/10/24, Thank you for you service we have been going to this Restaurant since we move to Orlando in 1990 and Our Thanks to Jurisleidy for caring for her customers.Dietary restrictions: My wife is being treated for High Blood Pressure and her food is always well made and has not had any issues with the seasonings or Salt content of the food which is one of the reasons we purchase there so often.Parking: The handicap parking right in front is great but there are only 4 spots, but we usually get a handicap parking so we are satisfied.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is great, our grandchildren love it.Wheelchair accessibility: The entry way has ramps from the handicap parking making it easy for customers on wheel chairs.

This has been hands down the best Olive Garden out of the three I visited in the last thirty days. Very friendly, efficient, professional staff. Thank you Aidysh and Dominique for your service. It was the first time someone served a correct portion of salad to avoid waste. Great training or great wisdom by the staff. Great welcoming by Benji and Anita!

On Easter day i decided to take my family to eat at Olive Garden on west colonial I reserved a table in advance Just for the fact of busy season holiday weekend.when we arrived the hostess said your table is ready witch I was under the impression that we will get seated so waited around patiently there after being seated after 15 more minutes of wait . A waitress came 15 minutes later then we order out drinks and etc then waited another hour before our food came out I was extremely disappointed of the fact that food had no taste whatsoever the waiter was kind .it took us extremely long to get a our food .i understand it was a busy time and after that long wait and being hungry was so excited to finally enjoy our brunch none of our food was good our food was not seasoned well we expressed our concerns to the waitress not that we was expecting anything given to us for free or anything just wanted them to correct out concerns the waitress said I will tell my manager the manager came by our table saying I’ll take it with my kitchen staff and asked if we wanted a dessert witch I taught I was nice suggestion but don’t think she sympathize with the fact that how can we eat dessert sweets before eating out meal so we all decline and she proceeded by walking away . All we wanted was to enjoy Easter brunch and our meals with that being said we never got any genuine empathy from the manager it was the worse experience . I contacted Olive Garden and spoke with Ashley she was extremely professional and showed more empathy than the lady manager that worked on Easter Day .in life we have show empathy when someone is expressing their concerns in regards to a dissatisfaction matter and that definitely wasn’t shown to us extremely disappointed of this horrible experience.
