Wonderful place for clean, attractive, inexpensive children's clothing from preemie to 6T sizes. I bought 10 newborn onesies for $10 - adorable choices. There were so many cute outfits, I had to restrain myself :) They also have pre-owned toys and books. Don't buy new clothes again. Your children grow so fast that it's a waste of money. This store also receives quality used children's clothing, evaluates it, and gives you in-store credit to purchase their merchandise. I love this approach to stewarding our planet's and our own resources.

Itās always something with this location, if itās not that their āshort staffedā then their not buying for the rest of the day, if itās not that then their only doing store credit? Iāve honestly never heard of this I called around and all locations I called around the central Florida area were still doing cash & store credit options. They just seem lazy and unprofessional. There was a girl working there with a dermal piercing is she really the best of judgement for good quality clothes? Cus most of their clothes are so dirty and outdated thatās why Iād donāt even bother to actually go with the store credit option if not maybe I wouldāve done so. Anyways the staff is very bland and rude to non English speaking clients, and again just seem out right lazy. Please donāt go to this location donāt even bother just go to the Alafaya/Waterfod their way better and nicer!!!

So clean, incredibly organized, and wonderfully friendly staff. Thereās zero need to buy new when thoughtful, sustainable options like this exist as great alternatives! This location is very well curated with a huge inventory; browsing doesnāt feel crowded or unnecessarily overstocked. I frequent a few secondhand spots for my family and definitely recommend heading to East Colonoal OUAC!

Staff was very rude. The daughter rolled her eyes as soon as I walked in yelling āif u picking up u have to obviously stand hereā I was appalled by the attitude and let them know the ladies yesterday were much nicer so the mom of the daughter threw her hands up at me and said thatās my little girl what about it and rolled her eyes too. I stated and Iām a little girl too. Yāall should not have attitude when someone is walking in to donate. So after that encounter, I let her know that I donāt want to sell the shoes for the price, they gave me only the clothes because she was upset. She told me that she was not doing my order and threw my items at me. So I cussed and she cussed me out back and that is very unprofessional for the mother and daughter to both be so rude rolling their eyes. The Caucasian lady in the back was still nice and helpful, even though her coworkers were very nasty towards me.

Ok clothes but a majority of items are in awful condition for the price and even the books had pages ripped out, and scribble all over them. No bags for your items when you checkout.

Great place to utilize instead of throwing old toys and children's clothes. It is also a great alternative to counter inflation in shopping for children's clothes. It's like a thrift store for kids that actually buys your old stuff instead of relying on donations.

I have been coming to this location ever since I had my son in July of 2024 he was premiee size and couldn't find that size any where until I came here and bought just about all the boy premiee clothes for him. The store itself is very clean and organized, they don't allow clutter like some of the locations I've been to! Never had an issue with selling things to them for a fair price. The employees are always nice and kind!
