Terrible. I was pre-approved online. Then I went to the office to have the loan finalized and they didn't give it to me. They took 12 points off my credit. Terrible attention. A super rude lady.

I was given the best customer care. This loan request was offered to me by One Main Financial was everything I needed. I was able to cover all the expenses that I intended to pay. The representative put her 110% of every effort to make sure I had what I needed and made sure I understood the terms of the loan. Her expertise in the financials’s was very helpful. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you Danita at the East Orlando location.

Pretty much the same as Jon above. Very deceptive business practices. Apply online and get approved after submitting everything except your blood type then get a phone call from someone who must be a minimum wage employee who looks at a screen and cannot figure anything out him/herself but only goes by what their system tells them. Won't include household income. Ask you for collateral ie title to vehicle then say they don't do collteralized loans with a manager stating we are not in the repo business. if so then why as for collateral!!! Go elsewhere for your loans!!!!

Worst bank ever. They request everything you can imagine for a loan you need. You upload it. They falsely tell you you're approved online. Last step you need is a 20-minute phone call. A woman speaking broken English with a terrible phone connection says well you still have a balance on your vehicle so we cannot do a secured loan. Really..? You could have told me that in an email like any other credit extending responsible bank would do. As a decorated disabled Gulf War working veteran I'm disgusted with this bank. They are very misleading and fraudulent in my opinion. I'll be sure to write up their unethical practice and poor customer services on Yelp as well for all 22 million military & veteran social media followers. All they had to do was simply say no online and not lead me on to gain my personal information. Shame on you OneMain Financial.. you suck.

Horrible service, I have been paying loans there for more than 4 years, paying faithfully and on time. They offer you to renew and they don't look for a way to approve. They don't go the extra mile everything is no and no without trying. I don't recommend them
