Alejandra was truly AMAZING !! I was looking for that perfect red pair of frames, and couldn't find one. She was wearing a great red pair and I complimented her pair, and she said I could order one of the brands in that color, she went above and beyond and offered me to try on her glasses to see if I would like them on me! What great service!!!... and yes, I ordered my red pair, in addition to 4 more pairs!

I had an appointment for an eye exam and the front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating, a rare experience these days! The optometrist was thorough. I then went on to purchase new glasses on the retail side. Zamar assisted with the frames selection and then helped with the lenses as well. Overall, a great experience.

Orlando’s hospitality truly impressed me, and my first visit to LensCrafters at Alafaya was nothing short of exceptional. Alejandra greeted me with warmth and immediately took care of the loose screws on my $700 glasses no questions asked, no purchase required. Just genuine, top-tier service.
Even though I wasn’t there to shop, she treated me like a VIP. That kind of care is rare, and it made a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be returning for my next pair, and even when I’m back home out of state, I’ll be calling ahead and asking for Alejandra by name.

Went in to tighten screws on my glasses and Amy Jo Goldie helped me out soon as I walked in. She had me on my way in less than 10 minutes.
