Worked for these guys in late 80's early 90's Lynn Sorensen was the parts and service director.Worked in the service dept with Greg Lawrence as SM.Never worked with a more un-professional group that was under appreciated and under paid.I'm amazed this place is still in business with how they treated employees and customers. doubt my commits...check with the HR dept that i worked there!

Can't seem to get an oil change for my Yukon without them forgetting something. This time it was resetting the pressure gauges in my tires. 2 were working when I went in and they offered to replace them for triple the amount that discount tire charges so I declined. Now none of them are registering. Thanks again for wasting my time orange Buick.

Deceptive sales practices and downright dishonest! Jason Butera - Finance Manager Vernon West - Sales Manager Jason Pike - General Manager After I agreed on the price of a used vehicle, Orange Buick used every opportunity to increase its profit in ways that are unethical or harmful to the buyer: - Refused to take a check for the entire cost of the car - Mandated partial payment on a credit card, then charged a credit card surcharge -Added $899 dealer fee -Added $1,200 Global Appearance fee -Overcharged for registration and sales tax... then refused to refund the money After ALL of that, Orange Buick charged the following UNDISCLOSED FEES: $ 85.00 Consolidated Services of Indiana Fee 104.90 Courier Fees (FedEx & Services) 30.00 Temporary Registration Fees (2 Temp Plates) 95.00 ACH Electronic Filing Fee 300.00 Out-of-State Title Services DLR Fee

If I could give less than one, I would. If you want to buy a car, they are on it. If you need sport, yeah not happening! Been trying to get an answer for 2.5 months and ZERO help. Drive 30-40 minutes to Mt Dora to an actual good dealership at Sam Boswell.

Just an Awesome dealership with fantastic people and great service. Just purchased a car from them and had one of the best car buying experiences ever. From Vernon the manager to Andrew in finance to Andre who picked me up at the airport, a stellar buying experience. I can't say enough good about these guys. Great attitudes, honest and super friendly. When I buy another car, they will always have a customer in me. Highly Recommend!!!

The diagnostic alone takes 11 hours even while knowing what's the issue is a freon leak and then who knows how long the repairs would take is what i was quoted by the tech christian
