Wish i could give this place 0 stars. they are scammers. didn’t do a good job and messed up my clothing. charged me $200 for a jacket. messed up the placement for the fur trim. charged me an extra “coat” that was just a belt that was connected. telling all my followers to not come here. so disappointed. absolutely disgusting. didn’t even give me a receipt, just charged me without telling me for what until i asked.

Don’t take suede here!!!! 4 weeks after promises to remove stains at a cost of 90 dollars i picked up my jacket, chemicals dried out my jacket to a cloth feel and the two stains I wanted removed are still there. I picked it up on Monday today is Thursday …. no call from their ‘management’.

It’s rare to find a business that maintains such high standards for so long, but this place does!

After the initial issue with the pickup all the team at Orchid did a great job resolving the issue on their end and picking up, cleaning and getting my suit and shirts back to me in a day.
They were very apologetic and have changed a few things on their end to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
As businesses grow, there can be issues and mistakes but those who take accountability and action are the ones that become greta businesses.

Got my wedding dress and two other very delicate bridal dresses cleaned here for an unbeatable price of $86. Highly recommend this spot! They managed to clean my wedding dress and leave it like new. 10/10 recommend.

Orchid Cleaners is easily the best dry cleaner I’ve used in Orlando and I've recently just switched. From my very first visit, they welcomed me like a longtime customer and made the whole experience effortless, not to mention the additional services of pickup and delivery are out of this world! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dry cleaning.

I spilled salsa on my suede jacket and took it Orchid cleaners on Mills Ave to see if they could clean it. Daniel was extremely helpful! I told him i was just visiting the area for a week and could I get it back before I left. He said he would do his best considering most leather cleaning takes a little longer than a week. To my surprise I got it back in 3 days! My jacket looked like new. I highly recommend Orchid cleaners if you have a favorite leather or suede item you need cleaned. Daniel explained that they do all the leather cleaning on site and they are very experienced in leather cleaning. They are also very courteous and professional. I wish I lived closer to them, because they would be my dry cleaner!
