I usually buy oil or items for my car preferring any location of “ReillyAutoParts” and I frequent to go much more to this one in East Colonial. And they always give me a good service, they even always help me to pour the oil into my car. And today the “assistant manager Jeremy” attended me and he was unpleasant in the service, he even told me that he could not help me and neither could he pour the oil. He treated me and looked at me with racist actions. I am very disappointed. There is no education and much less customer service on the part of this person.

I usually go to Autozone because of the convenience and I hate it every time. First time in an O'Reillys today. Immediately greeted by Jeremy. Asked what I was looking for. Took me straight to it. I was in and out of that place in a minute yet still felt valued. No more Zone for me.

CJ is outstanding. He assisted me with an issue I had with my battery. CJ was thorough, provided several noteworthy suggestions and saved the day. Excellent customer service. CJ is a keeper!

Great service at O'Reilly! (Phillip or Jeremy?), the manager, not only changed my Quest's light bulb but also taught me how to do it. Highly recommend for their expertise and customer care.

I was having like the worst morning ever because of my car battery etc looking absolutely terrible and Jeremy helped us out with everything we needed and was extremely helpful and kind toward us and got us exactly what we needed. I’ve gone to other auto part places and been totally ignored other than what I’m buying (you get the idea) and this was absolutely not the case here. Thank you so much for Jeremy for just getting us set up, checking & installing the battery for us and being a total rockstar!!
