The employees at this store for this location is very rude and very disrespectful to customers. customers call up there part they are rude on the phone and they telling people that they can't have a part delivered to another store location. I have a commercial account with O'Reilly's and yet I still get disrespected when I go in there I will not go to that store again. The employees at this store told me that I need to go to AutoZone or Napa because they didn't want my service

Not a place to do online orders!
Ordered parts online. They were supposed to send an email when my items arrived at the store. They sent an email after the items were picked-up and after I commented to the employee about not receiving the email. I called the store to find out where my order was and was told it was at the store and they didn't understand why no one sent the email. In addition when we attempted to pick up the order we were told we had to pay again. Not one person not even Steve the manager did not look in the online orders. No one wants to actually do their job at this store. I planned on ordering more parts but that's not going ing to happen now.

The gentleman with one arm was great i told him I'm having a problem with finding the right torque bit for my caliper on my expedition for the tool to get the calipers off and right away he told me it was a t46 and it fits perfect

I only just moved to Orlando and I came in to drop off old oil from an oil change I did. And the older gentleman working just took it for me so I didn’t even have to get my hands dirty! God bless!! Super awesome!!
