This place is terrible, the employees are not helpful, they go in to look for some parts and that seemed like a pop with super loud music, they couldn't even hear what I was saying.

While on vacation my vehicle died right at a major offramp. After getting helped by the Rangers and a Trooper, doing a bit of research and making a call to the nearest toyota dealership to confirm, it turns out the "RSS" in my hometown in Alabama sold me the wrong battery and my car sucked that battery dry faster. The guys understood my problem and got me a warranty exchange fast(to not upset my lyft driver) to get me home...and have a proper argument with that store manager about his Commercial Manager knowledge...I was more than happy to spend my money at that store, because of the staff, for a yellow top optima, if they had that specific group in stock.
