I won’t shop there anymore. As I was shopping there last night about 10 minutes before closing time something went flying above my head/aisle soaring into and hitting the wall that was 2 aisles over. The object then fell and hit the ground. It sounded like maybe it was a metal object or a nut or bolt not really sure. I heard laughing and shortly after another object went flying over the aisle again hitting into the wall falling to the ground. Again I heard laughing. Then I heard a female, possible a store manager say, “Who is throwing things?! I told you to stop throwing things! Is that you?!” I heard a male say no then I heard laughing. The female again told them to stop throwing things. At that point I was so infuriated that they were throwing objects over my head and could have possibly injured me that I put down what I was going to purchase and left. This is the 2nd time I have had poor quality of service or something with their employees where they are unprofessional and of no help. The last time I was there their sales associate walked off on me when I asked him a question.

I decided to stop by Ace Orlando today instead of going to a Lowes closer to my place of work. I'm so glad I did. Customer service was exceptional. I had a gentleman named Chuck who helped me find what I needed. He was a little unsure of exactly what I needed (as I was too) but he made it a point to look into it. I left the store with exactly what I needed. Not only was he patient and helpful but he was delightful plus Chuck also informed me that it was his first week working at Ace. The cashier was also quick and courteous but I don't know his name because I didn't see a name tag. I don't have to stop by Lowes on my way home from work tomorrow. I'll be coming back!

Staff is nice and helpful, they'll help you look for stuff when they have the opportunity. I enjoy going there and im not particularly the "hardware store going" kind of person

Was ignored by employees, even one I sat right next to who just ignored me and kept looking at the same box of chains like I wasn't even there. She knew I was standing there two feet waiting. Find a better place to spend your money. One where customers aren't ignored by unkind employees.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. It was very easy to rent carpet cleaner from here. They are well stocked hardware store, a little bit of everything.

Trying to find wheel replacement for wheelbarrow # 7331721. Corporate was unable to find one and the ace near me couldn't help either. Headed to one more ace store with hope in finding one. you sell $139 wheelbarrow, you ought to have replacement wheel with a part number on your web site. I am a very frustrated custom! And former Ace employee.

My recent experience with ACE Hardware was less than satisfactory, mainly due to the unhelpful attitude of an employee named Thomas. He was remarkably short with me, displaying a lack of patience and courtesy. Thomas seemed disinterested in providing assistance, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, and I hope ACE Hardware addresses these issues for a more positive shopping experience in the future.

In this place you can get any item to repair or decorate your house, from a spare part for your grill to organic plants, I thought it was a good assortment, the wrecks are the same on the market, but with the benefit you get up to the least expected and you have it on hand instantly, I liked it!

I wanted to take the time to commend Nathan for always helping me. I know I can be a bug but Nathan Always take the time to understand my issue and my yard looks amazing. Even during the hottest days he helps me load and attentive to my concerns. I really appreciate his customer service, which is impeccable. Thank you Nathan. Place is staffed with teens and one nearly ruptured my ear drums leaving in his blue mustang revving his engine. Very inappropriate to do around a business and residential area.

Wouldn’t accept my coupon as they have in the past. Next time I will have to go to one of the competitors where prices are lower and service is NOW similar.
