I’m very disappointed with , orlando credit union I’ve been turned down with loans 3x and they never had the courtesy to call me and tell me that they disapproved me . I go to navy federal right away I get approved or at the dealership to buy a car . That guy Alfredo they got at the loan dept he is terrible never calls you back

If you have a family member with this bank and your family member owes money this bank will withdraw it out of your account. I do not trust them with my money. Now I’m short on bills. Thank you Felix from Orlando Credit Union.

I have been banking with Orlando Credit Union for about 5 years now. I had a loan with them for a while as well as checking and savings. They are friendly and I appreciate that it feels like a smaller, family-oriented bank. They have gone above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions. I am a happy customer/member.

Thank you to Malik for providing me with exceptional customer service. I was in the drive-thru and happened to mention that I recently had a problem with the mobile deposit app which I frequently use. He invited me to come inside and assisted me by showing me how to adjust a feature on my phone which corrected the problem! Malik was friendly, pleasant and beyond accommodating??. He’s truly an asset to the branch as well as the overall institution. With qualities such as these, I anticipate a bright and successful future for this young man!

I spoke with Stephen a loan officer regarding a credit line increase. I was very nervous about applying being that I’m in the rebuilding stage of my credit journey. Stephen listened to my concerns and provided great information . At the end of our conversation I was confident enough to apply and was approved for my increase! I’m thankful for Orlando Credit Union. They truly care about their members.

If you want to be treated like a human, a neighbor, a community member of our beautiful city and not just a number or a customer then Orlando Credit Union is the place for you. From our first interaction Roberto answered all of our questions with honesty and helped my family with a great auto loan. We were about to give up our search and settle for a higher payment before we linked up with Orlando Credit Union. Roberto as well as the team members at the SODO branch are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Stephen Coughlin was horrible! If you get him as your loan office RUN! He has no sense of urgency or professionalism. I almost wasn't able to get my loan funded due to his lack of communication and attitude. Alfredo Morales saved the day!

Orlando Credit Union -- only 2 sites left where you can actually go into and do business (Orlando area)....then, when you get there with a power of attorney, duly reviewed by attorney, signed by the principal, signed and notarized by the agent, they tell you that you can't do what the instrument says you can do....close the account that has been dormant and now they want $10.00 a month to hold the money in the savings account. They had the nerve to tell me that my attorney does not understand banking or the system and that they had to send it to their legal counsel (WHO I GUESS DOES UNDERSTAND THE LAW?) to review and then they have to put me on as POA for my son, (I already am a joint owner), but to close the account, their legal counsel has to approve the form, I have to sign another form (theirs), wait on a call from them, and then drive back round trip 50 miles AGAIN to close the account. Well, if you know me, you know I fought the good fight, took out most of the money as joint owner and put it in my son's REAL professional acting credit union (FAIRWINDS), left the minimum amount so he didn't accrue the $10.00 per month, heard one of the other customers who was enjoying my conversation with the teller and supervisor and who was smiling quietly, say to his teller, "she is colorful".....tee hee. I wanted to go Bonnie and Clyde on them but knowing where that would end up, I left and will go back to claim the rest of his money after their legal counsel approves the form, and never set foot in the Orlando Credit Union again....nor recommend them to ANYONE for ANYTHING! STAY AWAY FROM ORLANDO CREDIT UNION -- they are unprofessional and ignorant of the law! I will be posting this several places.. If they want to keep our money until later, then I will see how much influence I have on the general public and little people and steer them AWAY!!!

Worst bank ever, period! The lady ask me if I was depositing to my checking account and I said yes and put a check next to checking account. She said I was giving her attitude, which made me upset cause it seemed like she was more concerned about me rather than doing her job. What made me even more upset is the only words that came out my mouth was “ yes it’s going to checking”. This lady said she was the supervisor and no manager on duty. She wanted to refuse my deposit but did it anyways because she knows she was reacting off emotion and not rational. I would never bank here and will make sure to pass the word around. Also let me not forget the lady tried to steal my money saying the 20 dollar bill didn’t feel right. I ask her to use the marker and she said that the markers to see if bill is real doesn’t work at all. This bank tries to deny customers service and steal money. Please train your employees to deal with different personalities customers have.

Just came from this branch and from being out of state on vacation what a great experience. The fact that they do shared banking with American heritage was a lifesaver for us. Malik was so friendly and attentive to us and made sure we were taken care of. Very professional, fast and excellent customer service. Thank you.
