Not sure if it’s true or not. But the employee behind the desk promised me that the only way I could have my mri done was with a physical copy of the order my doctor gave me over a month ago! It’s 2024, I have all this my chart app stuff and everything is digital. But without this single piece of paper……….. they can’t take an mri. Something tells me there is more at play here. But it’s ridiculous no matter what happened. How embarrassing for Orlando health. After finding this discarded piece of paper I was able to come back and have my mri. My Tech was great, but man what a way to start your morning. I guess everyone bring your paper work with you. Ya know, since it’s 1995 over there.

Stat X rays took 4 days? Still not back - multiple calls. Really bad service and horrible for health. Go somewhere else.

The soonest they could schedule my appt was 4 weeks away. After waiting 4 weeks, on the morning of my procedure, they cancelled. They waited until the day before my appointment to get preauthorization from my insurance and my insurance denied. If they had done this during the weeks before my appointment, I could have addressed it with the insurance company, but that is not possible 2 hours before the appointment. Now I will have to wait weeks more to get my MRI, and longer for treatment. Meanwhile, I live in pain.

ANSWER. THE. PHONE. PLEASE!!!!!!Our son had an X-ray performed several weeks ago but it was never forwarded it to his pediatrician. Orlando Health Imaging Centers only answers the phone when the pediatrician's office calls, never when we do, and worse, they claim to the doctor's office that we cancelled the appointment and the X-ray was never performed?!? When we call, we always end up on hold for 15 minutes only for a recording to tell us to call back another time and hang up! Tellingly, they also have an option for when an attorney's office is calling. (I never tried it, but I bet they would answer.) Sadly, this is typical of the broken American healthcare system! Hyper pursuit of profits with very little accountability! Fyi, I finally got this resolved by calling Orlando Health's complaint line. My son's records were then found and released within 48 hrs.

Had an MRI done at his location for my back a few months ago. Who ever is in charge of diagnosing the MRI results isn't doing their job. The MRI from this location doesn't match up to any of my other MRI's or x-rays. When I asked them what happened and asked them to recheck my MRI the people at the front desk seemed scared to even ask the doctor to check it over after he supposedly already did. I get that people make mistakes but if their staff can't even bring it to the attention of the diagnosing doctor then that's a problem. I know for a fact my results are incorrect and for them to not even be able to ask the doctor to go over them again is beyond trash. Highly recommend going somewhere else if you actually want the correct result from your testing done at this location.

I brought my daughter here for an ultrasound. The staff was very helpful and understanding of her needs. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was very clean. We were in and out. I would definitely recommend Orlando Health Imaging to my friends and family! ?

The best staff I've ever seen. They made my scary experience amazing I was very scared to go in and get this done. I had to have a CT scan to find out if I have lung cancer. Your staff from the second I walked in the door until the second I left was absolutely the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️

this is the worst place to get service. They don't respect your time. They don't check the orders, they don't care if your health is at stake. they are inconsiderate. Today I received the worst service of my life in a medical center. if you are interested in your health this is not the right place. (I work at the medical field)

They are billing me even though I went there with the Libby's Legacy vaucher. I came back there twice and I called the billing assistance but the bill it's still under my name on the portal. They forgot the last exams cd in the computer and they didn't record it. I came back to have it recorded another day but in the end the doctor that read my mammogram couldn't see it....

The staff is amazing. We don't like going to the hospital for appointments but they always make it feel comfortable and never somber. Our doctors are amazing. Dr. Nick unfortunately retired but our new Dr. Voloschin is great as well.

I was scheduled for a CT scan and my tech Brittany saw that it was the wrong test ordered. They advocated for my care beyond what was asked of them. It was such a great experience and I’m so thankful for their expertise and care.

How do I review them? I called two weeks ago to schedule an MRI and CT Scan and mentioned I have a cardiac pacemaker. Was told by the scheduler that she was going to request approval from my insurace. Two days later someone called me saying that my case required approval and double checked my pacemaker make and model again. After 14 days of my 1st call, I call them again and the scheduler said she could schedule me for the coming day. So I go to the facility to find out they could not handle me because I have a pace maker and just the Hospital could perfom it. CT Scan was done and I was sent home to be an other 45m to talk to an agent, who know said I had to go thru the hospital. She transferred me to the hospital, where I was another 45m waiting where I was told they were still waiting approval from the insurance company.So how to review them???

Great staff! Everyone was full of smiles & professional. The CT tech Anna was a joy & made my experience comfortable. She was knowledgeable, comforting & so sweet. Imaging/scans can be intimidating, especially if this was your first time, like myself. But, Anna showed massive support & compassion. Thanks to all the ladies!

One day before my exam they didn't have approval from my insurance. Days before my exam I had called to make sure it wasn't me that needed to get that approval. They said it was them that had to do it. Thankfully, someone got approval minutes before I was scheduled for the exam. The place was clean though so that is a major plus. However, they never answer their phones. It's so difficult to speak to someone. I've been on the phone an hour, hour and a half waiting for someone to answer.
