Visitors find the experience awesome and well worth it, with longer ten-minute races that provide great fun and a competitive new challenge each day. The organization and support provided by the staff is consistently noted as amazing, with super friendly, courteous, helpful, and impressive customer service. The facility and karts are kept very clean. Before racing, guests receive a safety briefing, a map of the route, and are fitted with a helmet and adjustable kart for a proper fit. While overwhelmingly positive, a suggestion was made to improve scheduling communication for paid groups to help the process function more smoothly. Overall, it is considered the best karting spot in Orlando, a great place for fun times, birthday parties, and a highly recommended destination for both locals and visitors alike. Many express that they would definitely return.
