I purchased a used 2015 Audi A5 from this dealt. Let me start with the addicted. They charge you $1000 if you have not bought from them before and $500 if you don’t finance with them. Additionally, they charge over $1000 for a “reconditioning” fee along with other fees. The $12995 sticker price ended up at over $18000. I balked and advised I would walk for anything over $15k out the door. They got it down to $15500. After having the car for five days, the check engine light came on, the car intermittently stalled, the piston that holds the hood open was broken and the interior headliner detached from the roof of the car. The repairs total over $4000. I realize I did not purchase the warranty (it has need my experience that these warranties always excludes what needs to be repaired) My salesperson talked with the manager and I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for a call back from the general manager and am still awaiting that call. I certainly am not holding my breath after seeing some of the reviews. I am hopeful they will do the right thing.

Man was amazing! I didn’t k is what to look for when I showed up but her got me right and helped me out through my journey. It’s nice to know that someone actually cares about there clients. Jessica was nice and helpful and the shuttle driver was amazing also. Ron and the other gentleman outside was funny and interesting to talk to. Between Mark and the shuttle driver I was very impressed and look forward to returning

Vanessa was amazing!! By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Usually buying a car can be so stressful, but that was not the case at all at Kia. Vanessa was super informative, charismatic, attentive, and an absolute joy to work with. She helped me find my dream car and I couldn’t be happier! I cannot stress this enough- if you’re looking to buy a Kia, make sure you come to this location and ask for Vanessa! You will not be disappointed!!

NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. I CANNOT DISCOURAGE YOU ENOUGH. Their comment saying to contact their manager is BS because we have emailed the manager (over a month ago) and never heard back. Every time we call, we are forwarded to phone lines that no one answers to. We have no way to register the car, we have no title to the car (though it is paid off), and we are driving with expired tags just waiting. This is a nightmare of a process and I would not wish working with this company on my worst enemy. We purchased a vehicle here 2 months ago and have yet to received registration paperwork. We have called them countless times in the last two months and only twice have we ever spoken to anyone, every other time we are sent to a full inbox or someone takes our information and no one calls us back. The two times we have spoken to someone they have promised us they will overnight us the registration paperwork (never received) or hung up on us after being aggressive. The car is 100% paid off but the bank does not have the title from the dealership and we don't have registration paperwork so we are stuck driving on expired tags. We have filed with the BBB, and the DMV Local Field Operations Division. Our next step is to take legal action. Avoid this company before you have a similar headache.

STAY AWAY! My car is only 3 years old with VERY low miles on it (6,000 below "normal"). They offered me $4000 below KBB fair trade in on the car and said it was in "fair" condition. This is a LOADED '20, top of the line car in mint condition, and a sought after color combo--you can't even find a smudge or dust on it. So not only was the offer low but they said my car is "fair' (which means mechanical repairs and defects) which is the lowest marking on KBB. My car has no defects or mechanical issues! Infact the definition of "excellent" on KBB is "looks new and is in excellent mechanical condition with no visible defects." My car is just that! What a waste of time and an insult to me. They are aggressive and want to control the conversation and if you don't play along, they don't want to do business. That's fine, I'll take my money and my 850 credit score some where else. I guess they don't want to move metal, just piss of customers. Well done Greenway Kia West!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! They scam people out of THOUSANDS of dollars!! We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and were overcharged by several thousand dollars. After talking to and meeting with FOUR different people, none of which took responsibility for the rip-off, we brought our vehicle back. We were told we would get all of our money back, but we have not. This dealership has failed to notify Wells Fargo for over a MONTH that the vehicle was returned to them and we were released from all financial responsibility. We have called, texted and emailed this place (Alberto Ahumada-manager, Anas Lazaar-finance manager, Ricardo-finance and Maher-sales) numerous times in the past month, but they will not respond. We are taking steps to pursue the matter further, but I wanted to let anyone know that might be considering a vehicle. Our vehicle was listed for $27,xxx. We put a 12 THOUSAND dollar down payment on it, bringing it down to $15,xxx. However the financing paperwork we got said the final sale price was over $39,000!! They financed the entire price of the vehicle through Wells Fargo, minus about $100. They took a payment of $27,466 for a vehicle they took back from us, but have not given the money back to Wells Fargo, leaving us on the hook for it until further legal action can be taken against them. RUN AWAY!!! Don't do business with this SHADY dealership!!!! Alberto, you have our email addresses and phone numbers. Try actually responding to ME instead of my Google review.

Before signing the papers they told me that the price is $26,000, on the bill of sale $37,000, I definitely do not recommend this dealership, I have to say that they are very insistent. Don't give them your license or the keys to your car, so they can "check it", and it is very difficult for them to return them to you, they know that without them. or you can get out of there.Update I have to update my review, after speaking with the manager I now know that they strategically use the trade-in money to pay part of the loan for the full price of the new car, what does that mean? First they make you the loan for your new car, and then they use the trade-in money to pay part of the new car loan, in fact I paid $1000, plus $9300 in my trade-in as a "down payment", and I did not reduce my monthly payment because they use my trade-in money to pay part of the loan for the full price of the car, it's not fair, and they also conveniently add the dealer fee to your loan plus shipping on a car that you didn't order and didn't request to be shipped to you and they also strategically forget to inform you of all that. Just be honest with your clients and you will be able to have more, you have staff willing to help, you just have to be sincere.

They will do your paperwork without your permission they will run your credit with multiple financial institutions they get the best deal that suits them as a company. when you find out they add $6000 undisclosed fees At the end Once you call them on it, they tell you they know longer want to do business. And ask you to leave the store an dont come back.I will advise everyone that goes here to ask for your paperwork do not receive or accept a flash drive. Once you get home, the flash drive will be blank and they will tell you you deleted it. This place is a scam the GM manager will tell you that this is not Disney World that they don't have to give you good service, so therefore I'm letting the world know their customer service is really like buying from this, Kia has been the worst experience in my entire life. I am a disabled lady, and they tried, and every way to defraud me of my money,

Chrissie P was awesome and helped us out right away. Very knowledgeable of the car we were looking at and was willing to work with us.Give her a raise, she was extremely friendly and I wish more dealerships had people like her. Whenever you go into a dealership it feels like people are eager to just push you onto any and all cars. I believe others could learn a lot from how she took care of us today. I would recommend her to all.

The service I had done here at Greenway Kia West was a top tier experience! I brought my car in for some basic maintenance and a oil change replacement. These techs don't waste no time, they had the job done in less than an 1hr. I was impressed, the car felt perfect and ran smooth while driving!David my Service Advisor was super thorough and chill. I would definitely recommend bringing your Kia here for any repairs or service needs. I appreciate the whole experience..Thanks guys!

Their process has you passed off to so many different people and each person told us a different thing. Negotiated a deal with one sales person, flew from Colorado to Florida to pick up the car based on the agreed upon deal, only to be handed off to two other people who refused to uphold the agreement and wanted to increase price by nearly $2,000. This was after paperwork had been started, monthly payments had been outlined, the down payment was agreed upon and in cash, etc. While some staff were nice (though not all), it was really frustrating to be told so many different things between staff and even more frustrating to have them go back on the deal we made and increase the price beyond the number we had agreed upon. The car is nice (hence the two stars) but experience with the dealership was not good. Funny that they “value customer service and repeat customers so much” they charge a $995 Loyalty fee to first time customers, and if you are a repeat customer they “waive” that fee.

-5 stars Mark Foster was a very rude sarcastic guy . Terrible customer service . Would not advice to bring your vehicle there for service nor purchase vehicle from them . They make things sound great when buying a vehicle although when brought in for repairs they will give you run around about it all. Mark Foster stated if vehicle was repaired there , they would be replacing defective parts with junkyard parts due to the extended warranty policy, so be mindful of the details on the extended warranty they sell . Terrible terrible terrible customer service . Mark you be nice from now on , you might be able to get good reviews.

I left another dealer because I was promised excellent service and pricing. I drove over an hour to meet with Nada, who promptly turned me over to another woman who went to look for keys and, I believe, went to a party. I waited for 15 minutes and left. I went to Deland Kia where Enzo was glad to take care of me.
