I’ve been attending OPY for several years off and on. I just attended Mary’s class on Thursday 12pm and it does not disappoint. Mary is definitely one of my favorite teachers. I love the cold stones at the end definitely a 10.

I’ve been going to this studio for about a year now and can’t imagine ever going to another one. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly and the environment is peaceful and welcoming. There are so many classes offered that I can always find one that works with my changing schedule. I’m so grateful for the whole team at OPY.

Power yoga has been one of the upmost EYE opening experiences i have ever come across. At first i was trying to keep up with the pace of the class, and it was more of a workout than an experience. My second day coming was when i actually got into the FLOW of things. I finally reached the level of mediation i have been searching and seeking for my entire LIFE. Mellissa has been amazing from the start with her beautiful smile and energy, the village at power yoga can raise more than a child ! ( child's pose :) ) May god bless power yoga Love Malcolm

Best yoga studio in Central Florida by far. I've been practice yoga for 15 years and am a certified instructor....this is the only yoga studio where I feel at home and can truly develop my practice deeper. Each instructor the owner, Kelly, hires to teach is unique in their own way and always leaves me feeling stronger, centered, and refreshed. Thanks, Kelly for the best quality yoga in Central FL.
