Classic collision bought this location that used to be Orlando super center.I had bodywork done from Orlando supercenter that came with a lifetime warranty, but classic collision won’t honor the warranty of the shop they bought out. Bad business.

I didn't have anything repaired there but I had a good experience with Ashley in relation to an insurance claim.I was sent to Classic Collision by my insurance company for a hail damage claim. I had been getting the run around from the insurance company and sending me to many different people because hail damage claims are handled differently than regular collision claims.I had an estimate done by a paintless dent repair company but I wasn't given the go ahead to work with them because they weren't an approved shop. At Classic Collision, Ashley took a look and said that it would be more expensive than paintless dent repair and take longer because the hoods for '23 vehicles are usually on backorder. But rather than send me off my way to continue the runaround with my insurance company, Ashley went out of her way to contact the insurance company and work with both them and me to get things moving in the right direction with the paintless dent repair company even though Classic Collision would not receive anything for the job.This was very much appreciated and saved me countless hours of time until I could talk to the right person at my insurance company.

Had repair done due to a dent/crease in the driver side door of the SUV. The claim was filed through out insurance provider. Vehicle took longer to fix and when the vehicle was picked up, the painting of the driver side door had waves in it and did not match the rest of the oem texture. A visible crease was still present under the driver side mirror on the door. Poor craftsman ship and customer service. Beware!Services: Painting

I am so impressed with the level of communication I received from CC. It was the smoothest transitions too, having to drop off my car for repair and then partnering up with Enterprise next door to pick up a rental. They informed me of every step and set everything up in a timely manner. It's already stressful to have to go through this process, so also being treated so warmly enhanced my experience. Although it was a drive, south of me, it was worth it. Thanks guys!

My daughter has had the best service not once but twice (insert rolling eye emoji), she's only 21. Best service both times, communication is easy and efficient, the shop is clean, everyone seems super friendly and helpful. Of course, there are always bumps on the road with supply and demand issues but throughout all that we were still satisfied with the job done. Shout out to Robert Echevarria for "putting all hands-on deck" to help my daughter. Thank you, sir and all the staff of Classic Collision Airport.Services: Painting

Body work is horrible also there customer service is horrible my hood is not even adjusted I have a 1 inch gap compared to the other side there was a lot of trash on the clear coat and they always feeding you lies instead of being honest with the customer had a bad experience with these people I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO THIS PLACE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE INSURANCE PAYING THEM THATS IT

The worst experience ever. They kept my car without telling me their hours and whether or not it would take longer than expected. I'm without a car now, having to go to work & back in an Uber tomorrow, having no way to contact this establishment at all. I'm so annoyed and upset. No communication whatsoever. All for a broken mirror??? Come on.

I would have 0 stars but they get 1 star for the actual cleanliness of the repair and 1 star for Ashley and her customer service.The initial interaction and visit I had with the front desk associate and Ashley was great. They were both helpful and walked me through the process. I’m not sure what happened in a week because I was dealing with a different front desk associate and she was rude and hung up on me once and all the other times she had an attitude like she didn’t care and I was inconveniencing her.When I went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait for about 20 minutes while they searched for the key and Nick finally told me they locked the keys in the car and they had to call a locksmith. Luckily I have an app when I can control my locks so I u locked it and left.About 5 minutes later I got out of the car and noticed there was a piece missing. I called, went back and had to wait again because apparently everyone was in a meeting. I saw Nick and let him know the issue and he looked at it, wrote it down ON HIS HAND, and said he would see if they still had it or had to order another one. A WEEK goes by and I still haven’t heard anything and I called every single day to check and their response was “we still have to look for it”. They get the piece, I go back, it’s the wrong one, I wait another week, and they finally have it and pop it back on.I would only recommend this place for Ashley because she was great and the actual repair was good. It’s just literally everything else smh.

Young lady at the front desk is absolutely rude. Treats you as if you’re bothering her for coming into the establishment. Progressive needs to stop recommending this place. They have no integrity

They had my 17 Ford explorer FOR FOUR MONTHS supposedly waiting for a part that it didn't even need, and when it was determined that the part wasn't needed the hurried up and q-c'd the truck to get it out the door, THEN their rude phone associate called with and attitude saying the truck had to be picked up IMMEDIATELY or it was going to start accruing storage fees, they took and already stressful situation and made it even WORSE, thanks for the wonderful experience.Service: Body & Trim
